部屋の広さも十分で清潔、スタッフの対応ほか総合的に満足でした。 中心街までのアクセスもよく、電車、バスどちらも利用できます。 電車はCentral lineのShephard'sBushまで徒歩2～3分、バスはホテル目の前の停留所からすぐ乗れます。

鉄道・tube駅から近い
Shephard's Bush駅から近く買い物、観光に便利。WiFiは可能だった。室内の照度が低く設定されているので、室で手紙、仕事、観光の準備が必要な人は可能なら明るい照明を希望した方が疲れにくい。室がエレベータ近くだったため夜間動作音が気になるので、十分疲れていないときはエレベータから遠い室を希望した方が良い。エコ社会貢献のためにスリッパ、歯ブラシは用意されていない。

今回はフロントの女性の接客がとても良かった。
今回フロントの女性の方はとても親切で、日本の事に興味があったみたいなので非常に良く接客をしてくれました。今までは(過去にも複数回宿泊済み)毎回差別を感じてました。完璧に英語が出来ないから仕方がないのかもしれませんね。なので4月4日にフロントにいた女性は少し嬉しかったです。しかしながらエグゼクティブクラスの部屋にもかかわらず、客室係のバスルームの掃除が行き届いておらず前の人のゴミがそのままゴミ箱に残っていました。無料の水の二本のうち、一本のフタが開いており、気持ち悪くて飲めませんでした。 前日のヒルトンケンジントンに泊まった時1階の普通のフロアーでしたが掃除も、水もキチンとしてました。

フロントの男性スタッフに、チェックインの時に「あなたはラッキーだ。一人、一泊30ポンドでサービスをグレードアップできる。ラウンジが24時間使えるし、部屋も良くなる。どうですか？」 オーケーしてしまったが、ラウンジ内容はしょぼかった。妻と娘は入りもしなかった。最悪なのは、その勧めた本人が払い済みなのに払ってない、と言って来た。部屋まで同行して、レシートを見せたらなにやらシステムダウンのせいだ、では問題ないですね、という。 一言もソーリーとは言わなかった。愕然としています。

ロンドン郊外のホテルにしては、部屋が狭く、価格も高いと思います。ヒルトンブランドではありますが、受付の対応が悪く、外観も・内観共にお世辞にもキレイとは言えません。wi-fiも飲料水も有料ですので、ご注意ください。

There is no air conditioning. The food at the restaurant is very good. You can catch a bus right by the hotel to go downtown, and the Oxford Tube as well. This hotel is good value for the money.

The rooms were a little tired and the bed was super lumpy but overall it was a reasonably priced hotel right next to Westfield in Shepherd’s Bush. We had a room at the back so it was nice and quiet. Can’t really complain. The chap at the check in desk was super friendly as well.

Das Hotel ist leider ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen, weshalb die Sanitär Einrichtungen nicht mehr gut aussehen. Bei Regen war das Getröpfel sehr laut und hat einen, wenn man ein Leichtschläfer ist, leider wachgehalten. Für ein Hiltonhotel, dass unteranderem 4 Sterne hat, bin ich normalerweise mehr gewohnt. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
