We appreciate your honest review. We are budget hotel with basic amenities and facilities. The hotel allocated a room based on the reservation booked by the guest. Some of rooms have shared bathroom however, We ensure that common bathroom and toilets are clean and sanitise.

We appreciate you review. Due to the high volume of hot water used at the same time, tap water takes few minutes to eventually become warm. However, We have noted your concern.

The room reserved was a shared bathroom. The guest who wanted a Room upgrade shall pay the price difference. However, the management approved and give a little consideration to allocate a room with private bathroom with no extra charges - a complimentary upgrade otherwise original room will retain.

Thank you for your review. As budget hotel, We ensure that our rooms, mattresses and other facilities are in good working condition. We are happy to give consideration for changing your room whenever there's availability on the higher floor by informing promptly the receptionist.

Apologise for not reaching your expectation . The housekeeper ensure that linens are clean and TV is connected to both wired and WIFI. Guest can promptly inform the staff if assistance is needed.
