安心の快適さ
ホテルは快適で過ごしやすかったです。駅から遠いのでスーツケースを持って歩くのは疲れます。タクシーに乗った方がいいです。観光には便利。近くにバスステーション、ショッピングセンターがあります。

Standard lamp in the room not working, another bulb in the wardrobe out and tv has next to no channels and the remote has no effect on the tv.

Think about the customer a little more ....
Carpest really tatty and needed trimming, a fridge that was unsable. Need to think about bath users attempting to use bath products - need to scoop into hand and canot wash hair without decanting shampoo and conditioner into glass - a waste of products ( which were very nice. ) Need to think a little more about how guests might use room.

Good hotel
Good hotel, well situated and comfortable. Only minor issue was I had booked half board and reception said I needed to show my confirmation to restaurant staff which was clunky and time consuming. Service in restaurant was polite but achingly slow with staff sometimes chatting

the only advantage of the hotel is the location which is convenient for shopping, and the attitude of the staff was hard to imagine that bad and unfriendly. the facilities were old and out-dated which is hardly regarded as a 4 four star international hotel

Pleasant stay.
Beautiful looking hotel but service in the evening wasn't great. We asked for milk for the room and it never came. Drinks in the bar were expensive too.
