ルームサービスが届かない。だけど料金は取られる。さらに頼んでいない物の料金が取られる。（架空請求）。そして、デポジットは1ドルも返ってこない。 詐欺ホテルでした。 二度と利用しません。

The good. Staff very friendly and plenty of food options. No problem with parking, plenty of spaces. The Jersey Boys musical was one of the best shows we have ever seen. The bad. Paid in advance for a king bed with a strip view and received a 2 queen with a parking deck view. Went to get the room we reserved and was told it was not available but to come back in the afternoon the next day. Room seemed to be dated and smelled like cigarettes.

Room was not what we expected, grimy, the bathtub had a slow drain while showering, and no fridge included. Realized later that they include it for an extra charge. Checking in, we did the kiosk and the attendant recommended us park in the free parking area, it was not close. Later we found out from a security guard who saw us struggling to bring our stuff up to the room, that most people use the free valet and bellhop service to take things up to the room and park the car in a separate lot. I wish we were told this while checking in. The iron board and iron were dirty and smelled bad. Neighbors were loud and inconsiderate, 2 days in a row of people banging on other rooms doors next to us at 7 and 8 in the morning, waking us up. Other than that, the tables at casino were not bad with 5$ minimus which is nice. I wouldnt stay here again.

It’s a nice stay for those not willing to pay for the strip hotels. Although lots of smokers so be aware of that. The rooms are generally clean.

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and incompetent at her job, instead of looking for a solution she decided to kick my parents out of the hotel with security.

Checkin was great and easy very friendly, check out was easy but at the check out concierge Valarie could have been more friendly asking her a question about my bill was like pulling teeth. She answered my question but it was very unfriendly.

Definitely had a New Orleans flow. Nothing extra good about the property or the room. What i didn't like was no refrigerator or microwaves in the room. Per the staff, they don't like you to bring anything from the outside in. Drink, water are all commonly broughtto a room. No opportunity to keep it chill.

I’m not bashing the Orleans it’s a good hotel but it’s a little outdated and could use some upgrades to the rooms, if you’re not looking to break the bank then this place will probably be good for you

Loved the pool area, dining options were limited. Wait to get help from front desk regarding any matter was always long and ridiculous. It’s a good place 10-15 min ride away from the strip. Room was decent.

Quick checkin and staff is friendly. Only bad thing is the washbasin was clogged, we call housekeeping they sent engineering come right away fixed the problem, unfortunately it make a little mess . But he cleaned up after all. Other than this , hotel is good to stay if you had your own car driving around .

I honestly do not have any complaints the staff was very helpful and nice and also all of the options included were so awesome! So much to do! Only one thing I was sad about was how early the pool closed. 😔 Other than that I would recommend it to everyone and would absolutely stay again!

Needs a remodel or a new face lift. It looks dirty. They took out all the coffee makers and fridges in the rooms. Staff is helpful but the environment seemed unsafe.

Didn’t like that patrons are permitted to smoke indoors. Not good if you are allergic to smoke. It seems all Casinos allow this. Upon arrival our rooms were not available as booked. We were very unhappy about that. Misleading. We were not compensated for that.

My husband and I checked in and the property looked interesting. After a five hour drive, we were looking forward to sitting down at the bar and having a few "refreshments". We both sat down at the practically empty Alligator bar. There were two bartenders that I seen. I waited and waited. The bartender walked past us at least three times without even acknowledging us. We finally got up and walked over to the Mardi Gras bar where we were promptly served. I did notice for the rest of our 4 day stay, the Alligator Bar did not seem to have anyone at it. As a former cocktail waitress and bartender, everyone should know by now that good service earns good tips!!
