リピーターです。隣接するホテルにレストランなど揃っています。 レンタカー利用でないと　買い物などは不便かと思いますが　ストリップへはバス利用が便利です。

今まで十数回も宿泊する程お気に入りのホテルですが、今回は敢えて苦言を申し上げさせていただきます。 ホテルの関係者の方々に読んでいただけたらありがたいです。 初めての経験ですが、毎回一番の楽しみしている、ジャグジーバスの噴出口から黒い物体が沢山出てきました。 ビックリしてネットで検索すると、ジャグジーバスの圧力をかけるポンプまでの取り込み管とポンプ自体、排出管等にへばりついた水垢、黒カビとのことでした。 翌日も試してみたのですが、同じ状態で、気分はブルーでした。 翌々日に親切なハウスキーピングの方に丁寧に掃除をしていただきましたが、結果は同じく黒い物体が浮かんでしまいました。 できましたら、この様な状態を十分に認識いただきご対応賜りたく、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。 大好きなホテルなので、敢えての苦言です。気分を害されたかもしれませんが、宜しくお願い致します。 ハウスキーピングの方々や設備メンテナンスの方々の対応は素晴らしい限りですので、掃除やメンテナンスのマニュアル等、抜本的な刷新が必要だと思います。 以上、よろしくお願い申し上げます。

敷地がとても広く、夜の到着だったせいか自分たちの泊まる棟が分からず迷ってしまいました。が、建物に番号が書いてあるので、一つずつ回っていればいつか着きます。 一つ困ったことは、トイレが詰まってしまい、コンドミニアムなので受付の棟まで行かないとトイレに入れませんでした。そして、修理に来るまで１時間以上も待たされました。その間何も出来ず何処へもいけずで、せっかくの旅行なのに時間の無駄でした。 場所はサウスポイントの隣なので、レンタカーがあれば問題ありませんでした。

遠いけど広くていいです。
マンションの一室のような部屋でとても広く快適でした。但し、繁華街からは遠いためレンタカーがベスト。ギャンブル施設はないですが、隣りのサウスポイントホテルがあります。

リゾート気分満喫
部屋の設備は、キッチンセット、洗濯機、乾燥機、シャワールーム、ジャグジーバスと、何でも揃っています。フィットネス設備やプール、屋外ジャグジーもあります。ストリップから遠い感はありますが、レンタカーで高速を使えば２０分です。

最高のバケイションホテルです。
ラスベガスストリップより車で10分ぐらいでホテルに到着します。 ホテルからはストリップまで無料の送迎バスも一時間に3本ぐらいあります。 ただ、車はないと、買い物や食事にはやはり不便ですね！

I was very pleased at the front desk attendants. I was set to go in Building 5 . I actually went there and the walk was to long for me . I was not driving. I called the front desk on the phone, discussed my issue and they called someone to pick up my bags and move me to the Iris Building. The first building on the property. I must comment greatly on this. I am so grateful to them for moving me . It would have made my trip miserable if I would have staying in 5. Thanks again Front Desk. Great great job. Everyone was so nice. Wonderful stay.

When we got into our room the smell was awful. The resort was able to accommodate us with another room. This room didn’t look like the cleaned it and the ac didn’t work. There wasn’t any other rooms so we were stuck. The staff when asked questions kept telling me they don’t speak English when I was looking for ice machines. The front desk girl with a big bow in her hair was the rudest I have ever seen. The place was really nice. Loved the people that were working the store they have .

My family want to book this for our future visits. We stayed in the A&B rooms and we were able to go back and forth between the 2 rooms which was amazing. The pools were fun with plenty of room and my kids loved the kids pool. We were felt close to the strip and didnt feel like we missed out on any vegas amenities.

This place has great amenities. The 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen and livingroom area is spacious. The room was clean, but very dusty. The king size bed in the bedroom was very uncomfortable. I woke up sore and unrested each morning. Our keys kept locking us out. The check-in process was fast, but key details were left out like check-out time/procedure. After check-in, you're asked to see another staff member fir your parking pass. They offer you a complimentary buffet if you attend a sales pitch. The minute i declined and nicely told the staff member our trip was jammed packed and with no time for extras, he was rude. After that, there was little to no interaction with staff, which is nice.

I liked the clean room, how spacious the room was, and the amenities. I loved that there are multiple pools and hot tubs to enjoy. I also liked that there were gas stations nearby.

Good room, just a time share trap. Don’t believe the bottomless mimosas, and the free breakfast you eat with a time share rep. Not worth the 3 hours of no’s and I’m not interested. But other than that the place is fun, bed comfy, worth having a microwave, oven and the pool is great.
