快適に過ごせるホテル

プライベートで妻と二人でスーペリアルームを利用しました。立地は黄河湖畔の静かな新開発区、大きな国際展示場、音楽ホールに隣接しており静かな場所です。黄河湖畔は公園になっているので食後の散歩やサイクリングにもってこい。施設は質、設備とも申し分なく快適に過ごせます。温水プールを利用しましたが水温は26℃に管理されており3月でも泳げました。食事はホテル内の朝夕食ビュッフェと 2階の中華中国城を利用しました。日本人でも普通に美味しく食べれますが特筆に値する点なし。有名な牛肉ラーメンも食べましたが普通、まー、ラーメンなのでしょうがないけど。中国はあちこち観光して来たので行ったことのない蘭州に気分転換で来てみましたが快適に過ごせました。

Lanzhou is the land of smokers and the hotel does little to control people who choose to smoke in the lobby, the elevators, the rooms. Great hotel but just can’t get away from the smoke.

Even when the hotel is not new, it has an excelent service, good food, beautiful rooms, great beds! I honestly recommend it!!

靠近黃河邊岸的飯店

房間設備好, 乾淨舒適。服務人員親切有禮貎。近貿易展覽中心近, 地理位置好。可直接由房間窗戶看見黃河景色, 尤其是落日, 真的很美。有停車站, 方便友人來訪。

还是去住万达文华吧

作为spg白金 hyatt 钻石的真的想吐槽一下酒店业主！酒店位于会展中心还是音乐听旁边，停车场不收费导致住客根本没地方停门童非常差说我们不管你自己找车位。后来发货了前厅经理出来道歉说得也很好才帮忙解决停车问题。客流量大就收费好吗！

Only real option in Lanzhou.

I've had the misfortune of having stayed here twice, once in 2015 and once in 2017. The ONLY reason I'd ever stay here is that there are basically no other options in the city. It looks like most any other Crowne Plaza, but looks can be deceiving. The staff are poorly trained, and as is common in China, indifferent at best, and rude at worst (although at a nice western brand you sometimes get better service- not here). Front desk- staff are generally unhelpful. They didn’t tell us anything about the hotel... we had to ask about things such as breakfast (included with our rate) and the club lounge. There also seems to be no communication across the hotel: they have no idea what time either of the two restaurants open or the "bar". We were given vouchers for “first drink is on us” free drink upon check-in, good for beer, juice, or coffee… -when we tried to use them, we were told the lounge/bar downstairs was out of beer, and that those vouchers were only for juice anyway. 4th floor “bar”- Very weird experience- the name of the “bar” didn’t match the name of it on the website or even on the elevator… scantily clad employees were walking around, going into various side rooms… there were more employees than customers, most of whom stared weirdly at our group the entire time… we felt very out of place, like we were in a night club or strip club instead of a hotel bar… I could go on and on, but unfortunately characters are limited.

Service was very good. Nice hotel rooms. Breakfast was nice too. You can order some chef cooked food ( eggs etc) at your table and they would bring it to you which is very nice.

Very Good

I was in Lanzhou for meeting with friend. And stayed at this hotel for one night. The hotel located at a new developed area in north middle side of Lanzhou city. There are not too many restaurants around, so it's little inconvenience. But, the view from the room are awesome! And the hotel conditions are very americanized.

客房舒適度相当不满意

1. 个人於3/28日入住，但房间温度过高，始终显示28,29度，热的面红耳赤，对房间内空调进行调适，不起作用无法降温。後请饭店人员入房察看，饭店人员回答这是中央空调，没办法。说我订的是河景房西晒，不然换非河景房试试，那个人当初订河景房是订辛酸的吗？对这样的设施和处理方法相当失望。 2. 冰箱不冰。在室内已经很热的情形下，还遇到这样的状况，个人十分无语。 3. 总体来说，房间舒适度对不起这个价。

整体还是满意的

酒店在黄河北岸，从机场过来不用进城。员工很热情。旁边是大剧院，到市中心或省博还有些距离。酒店早餐很丰盛。如果说到不足，淋浴位置的地板有些松动，健身房设施少了点。nice staff and good facilities. not close to downtown. will stay next time.

erstklassiger zustand des hotels und des zimmers; freundlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten hotelpersonals - vom restaurant bis hin zur rezeption (eine rezeptionistin besorgte uns sogar während ihrer freizeit bustickets und brachte sie persönlich im hotel vorbei; im hotelrestaurant konnten wir uns, trotzdem wir a la carte gegessen haben, am nachspeisenbuffet gratis bedienen.....); dazu hatte hotels.com ein gutes preisangebot (zimmer mit frühstücksbuffet um gerechtfertigte 115 €). alles in allem ein lohnenswerter aufenthalt.
