Nestled in the historic Parrot Cove neighborhood, on a quiet street around the corner from the Lake Worth Beach Golf Club & Restaurant, a few blocks from downtown and only 1 mile to the beach, is this beautiful 3 bedroom home plus detached studio cabana.

The property has been completely updated, yet it is still bursting with vintage charm. The curb appeal wows with lush tropical landscaping, a white picket fence and hedges for privacy. The paver driveway offers enough space for 2 parking spots.

2-STORY MAIN HOUSE: Cute front porch, hardwood floors, a fireplace and lots of natural light. Sleeps 6 (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds). There are 2 custom-tiled bathrooms plus the lovely kitchen boasts vintage-style appliances, in addition to a full laundry room in the garage.

CABANA: Expertly designed studio (1 queen bed) with shiplap, vaulted ceilings, a kitchenette & renovated bathroom. The lanai has breakfast-bar seating overlooking the backyard oasis.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Large lanai, open-air shower, gas BBQ & lounge space on the deck surrounding the heated pool and spa.

Perfect Home Base
We attended a Palm Beach wedding and used this beautiful cottage as home base for our family. Everyone enjoyed the great outdoor space, cabana and cozy interior. Not too much in the little town, except for Vincent’s which has quiche that is to die for!

Christmas break
A great place for the family. The house and pool house are pristine. The downside is the little town which has nothing to offer. The location is great with respect to getting to Palm Beach or Del Ray. The hosts Jane and Noah were amazing. We had a few hiccups at the beginning of our stay and responded quickly to get things fixed or in working order. The pool and spa are great and we’re used everyday for 2 weeks.

Relaxing
This property was very well maintained and beautifully decorated. We didnt want to leave. We came to see my Aunt 95 yr old who lives 10 minutes away. It was nice that she could come spend time with us pool side. The neighborhood felt very safe ,I was very comfortable walking around. Everything was close by. It was a relaxing time visiting my elderly aunt. Truly felt like home.

Amazing stay
We loved this property. Had all the amenities we needed and more. Pool was beautiful and the surrounding privacy was perfect. We did not want to leave. House decor was lovely and overall had a beach cozy feel. Would definitely rent again. Owner answered all my questions and very attentive.

All you need for a retreat!
My wife and I had an amazing stay! The house has all you need for a quiet comfortable stay and then even more for an enjoyable stay. The house is equipped with many additional perks not listed in the description (bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and more). Great area that is just a quick drive to everything you need for fun or practical needs. We loved the easy access to the Lake Worth Beach. We believe a hidden gem is found at the Lantana beach just a few miles south (cheap parking and less people). You will not have trouble finding great food or dessert spots in either town.

Wonderful place.
This house and cabana were recently remodeled and furnished with high end appliances. It’s beautifully decorated. The house is within walking distance to the beach, but we spent most of our time on the back deck and pool. We were one of the first people to stay in this house, so there were a few minor details that needed attention. The property manager was very friendly and was quick to repair the problems. We love this place so much we’ve already booked for next summer!
