ハーバービューに宿泊しました。 さすが5つ星ホテルでした。 設備はやや老朽化してるとはいえ、 朝食は充実しており、生演奏、スタッフの対応など、どれをとっても素晴らしかったです。

かつての名店も、古さは否めない。利用する訳はリーズナブルだから。食事はすべての点で良い。時々不心得なスタッフがいて、今回がまさにそうだった。当然五つ星を差し上げるべきなのに、出来なかったのは彼のせいである。基本的にフレンドリーで好ましい。

ISLANDShangri-Laに比べると新しさや、ラグジュアリーな感じはかなり、見劣りするが観光の拠点とするならとてもいい立地にあるし、何より部屋が広いことと、バスタブがついていることが子連れの私達には最良でした。

I stayed here for 4 days on a private trip from Japan. On the day of arrival, the stroller I had left in was missing in my airport baggage and had to be looked for by the airport staff, so I was very late leaving the arrival gate. At that time, I had requested Shangri-La Hotel to pick me up from the airport, so I'm sorry to have kept you waiting so long, but even though it was pouring rain, I was greeted with a big smile, and it was a great start to my Hong Kong trip. is completed. Although we arrived at the hotel around 1 a.m., we were greeted by staff who could speak Japanese, and we were treated to hospitality that reminded us of the Shangri-La Hotel. Also, I stayed with my 1-year-old child, and I was impressed that a crib was provided in the room even though I had not requested it. The room is neither too large nor too small, making it very comfortable. What impressed me about the cleaning was that the wiring for mobile chargers, etc. was carefully organized, which I was very satisfied with. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store nearby, and the nearest station is just outside P1, making it very convenient to get around. The K11 Shopping Center is also nearby, making it a convenient location for shopping and sightseeing. There are two Starbucks nearby, so I was able to spend a relaxing day during the day. I would definitely like to stay again.

ホテルの部屋は前回と同様とても良かったのですが、今回はチェックイン時に部屋の準備が出来ておらず、1時間以上待たされました。時間を潰して戻ってきても、まだ部屋の準備は出来ていませんでした。 いつもこちらのホテルを利用していて、こんなことは初めてでした。
