開放感あるリゾートホテル
ビーチとプールが目の前でロケーションはとても良いホテルです。 お迎えをお願いしていなかったですが？ボート到着後、ホテル名を掲げて待っていてくれました。 子連れファミリーもいる中、静かでとてもゆっくり過ごすことができました。 ただ室内のトイレがカーテン越しなので音など漏れてしまうのではないかと、用を足す時は気になりました。

リラックスできる
良い点： スタッフの対応がとても気持ちいい。特に送迎やポーターとメインレストランのInSeaの男性従業員（複数）。仰々しくなく、いつも丁寧に対応してもらえて気持ち良かったです。 ビーチはプライベートではありませんが、訪問者もそれほど多くなく落ち着いています。そして「超」遠浅。満潮に近い時でも300メートル近く泳いでもまだ立てるほど。珊瑚はかなりダメージがある状態で、砂浜近くはかなり水が濁っていますが、沖に行くほどクリアになり、魚もたくさんいます。 CASTAWAY BEACH VILLAに泊まりましたが、ビーチは思っていたより遠目。これはどのヴィラに当たるかだと思います。アメニティにバスローブあり、めずらしく歯ブラシセットもありました。 メインのタイ・インターナショナルレストランばかり利用しました。タイ料理はどれもとても美味しくホテル価格でも満足です。（むしろ街中のレストランよりよっぽど美味しかった） 悪い点： いかんせん町の中心部から遠い。ピアまでだと一人150バーツ、中心のサイリービーチまでは200バーツ、運悪く1人でタクシーを占有する必要があるとその倍かかります。移動のコストが高いです。 実際のところ中心部までの道は非常に細いアップダウンの激しい道で距離もあるため、歩く選択肢はほぼゼロです。ホテル無料シャトルもありますが1日5便ほどなので、時間を合わせる必要があります。欧米の方はバイクレンタルが移動の中心のようです。タクシーはメーターなし。上記の一律価格がお決まりのようです。非常に高いと思いますが、選択肢があまりありません。 しかし、この中心部からの距離がのんびりとした空気を生んでいる理由でもあると思います。 ヴィラはシャワーのみですが、そのシャワーの水圧が非常に弱かったです。洗面所の水量の方がよっぽどあったので、ボイラーの問題ではなく単純にシャワーヘッドの問題？

スタッフの心遣い
プライベートビーチや、オーシャンビューのレストランがとても素敵でした。 それに加え、スタッフがとても温かく、 すれ違う度に声を掛けてくれるベルボーイや、朝食や夕食では、全体の様子を良く見ていて、心配りを感じました。 強いて言うと、傾斜にビラが建っていたので、登り下りが大変だったのと、 敷地がコンクリートで舗装されていない部分があり、足が砂だらけになることです。 けれどまた行きたいと思う、素敵なリゾートでした！

ビーチ、ビーチバー、プールが目の前にありリゾートを満喫できます。 タクシーで街に遊びに行く事もでき、非常に充実したリゾート気分が味わえます。

ハエとエアコン
ハイダウェイビラに２泊したが、部屋は狭いながらも清潔。ただし、室内にはベッド以外にソファーなどないためゆっくり寛ぐ感じではなかった。朝食ではとにかくハエが多く閉口した｡果物にはハエ避けが掛けてあったがハムやチーズにはハエがたかっていて食べる気が失せた。 二日目にはエアコンが故障し、夕食に出掛けている間に修理していたが直らず、帰ってからパッキングして部屋を移る羽目に。その件もスタッフから申し訳ないという感じは感じなかった。

Staff here are friendly and super helpful, great service. Coral reef in front of hotel were not much to see. You still can see fish and turtle. You can rent a boat to snorkel around island for reasonable price. Breakfast good choices were okay. Overall we were enjoyed and happy. We would be back and stay here again if we come back to this Island.

booked 4 nights a Haadtien Villa, good size and equipped but really need to be updated, many details looked worn, used and old. Restaurant food okay, breakfast good and nice choices for international and asian taste. Swimming pool is nice, biut water wasn't really clean unfortuantely. Beach, sand and sea nice. Location a bit isolated, you need taxi ora bike to go other restaurant etc

The property is not 4* The shared areas like the restaurant are unclean There seems to be a lot of staff who do very little There needs to be more security on the beach. Outside guests are not supposed to be within 25m of the beach properties, however this is not implemented by the security and outside guests lay wherever they want. Outside guests also fly drones right up to the windows of the guest properties which felt like invasion of privacy. The bus is at unhelpful hours so not much use. The water was filthy and snorkelling was not possible - may not be the fault of the hotel - however they do not clean up the beach of dirt, leaves and general litter. Syringe found on beach outside room. The shuttle to the ferry is too late, all guests nearly missed their ferry. The ferry is at 930am departure, the bus does not leave until 9/910 and is at least a 15 minute drive due to the suitcases being on the roof of the vehicle and needing to drive slow. This hotel needs improvement or to significantly decrease their prices

Personalet var rigtig søde - bortset fra de to damer i receptionen, som var arrogante og grinede hånligt, da vi bad dem komme og lukke 3 ud af 4 døre, der ikke kunne lukkes, da der kom både myg og fireben ind af disse! Alt for dyre priser på hotellets restaurant ift kvalitet. Hotellet bliver desværre ikke vedligeholdt, på trods af den har en smuk lokation!

This property is not well kept, It's a 3 stars resort at best. The common bathrooms are dirty. The prices for food at the resort (although the food is good) is quite expensive, as expensive as some of the 5 stars resorts on the main islands. The breakfast options are very limited. we had to change room and both times the toilets seats were damaged. The hot water was not working properly. And finally the resort is severely under staff. Avoid at all cost!

Entorno perfecto, con acceso directo a una piscina infinita y a la playa (nuestra villa tenía vistas al mar ....merece la pena coger una de estas, ya que las interiores pierden totalmente el encanto), pero necesita una renovación. Las villas son amplias y con acabados en madera ...muy cálidas. Tienen un porche privado con cama balinesa. Desayuno correcto, con amplio menú. Personal encantador. Repetiría.

A 4 star property, with 3 star service. We paid for the private beach front villas and there were always random people camped out in our beach area, despite the "private" sign. Staff doesnt explain private and public areas upon check in.

Sehr schönes Resort!
Wurden direkt vom Pier empfangen. Erhielten ein Tüchli und einen Welcome Drink. Ausserdem fand vor Ort gleich das Check in statt. Wir mussten dann relativ lange auf den Shuttle warten, bis sie uns zum Hotel brachten. Das Personal war stets freundlich. Der „private“ Beach ist einer der schönsten auf Koh Tao. Die Hotelanlage sehr schön, gepflegt und sehr schön grün. Negativpunkte: das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr mager. Nach 3 Tagen hat man es gesehen. Wenn es regnet, gibt es nicht wirklich ein Rückzugsort - weder beim Restaurant beim Pool, noch auf der eigenen Veranda, da es bei den Dächern durchregnet. Mir hat eine Sitzgelegenheit im Zimmer gefehlt. Da stand nur das Bett. Es gab zu wenig Liegen rund um den Pool. Am Strand gab es gar keine - wobei es auch nicht schlecht ist im Sand zu liegen. Der Strand ist eigentlich privat, aber nicht Resort- Gäste konnten Eintritt bezahlen, um den Strand zu nützen. Somit wurde es teils schon sehr voll.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Property was gorgeous! Hotel picks you up and drops off at ferry. They also shuttle into town because the location is away from the main areas of the island. Would 100% stay again.

La ubicación del hotel junto a la playa es una maravilla, el desayuno es bueno y variado, la atención del personal en recepción deja que desear, después de estar en otros hoteles en Tailandia pueden mejorar mucho en ese aspecto, sin embargo el personal del restaurante y del bar muy simpáticos y atentos. También falla la limpieza en las instalaciones de sanitarios en las zonas comunes y deberían renovarlos, el último día nuestro ferry salía por la tarde y pedimos que nos dejaran ducharnos antes de salir del hotel, cosa que en otros hoteles nos lo ofrecieron directamente ya que las temperaturas eran altísimas, el baño donde nos tuvimos que duchar de vergüenza y encima con una linterna por qué no había luz, vergonzoso!!! Sucio, viejo y no nos facilitaron Toallas. Deberían cuidar más esos detalles.

Wunderschöne Anlage mit wunderschönem weißen Sandstrand. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Als wir ankamen ging die Klimaanlage erst nicht, wurde aber repariert. Es ging ein paar mal der Strom für knapp eine Minute weg.

Bel hôtel sur une des rare plage de sable a Tao. Joli banglalow dans la nature le domaine et grand donc beaucoup à marche se qui ne peut pas plaire à tout le monde. Bangalow assez propre literie moyenne Piscine magnifique mais très salle. Faire attention aux noix de coco qui tombent régulièrement se qui peut être très dangereux nous en avons fait par à la direction qui nous ont simplement dit qu’il faut éviter de marcher en dessous. Petit déjeuner excellent

Hotel très calme, très belle plage, personnel très avenant et très gentil. Tres propre. On apprécie les villas individuelles. Petits bemols : matelas très dur, manque de transats sur la plage et la piscine, obligés de mettre sa serviette sur le sable. Pas assez de navettes pour se rendre au village et difficile d'accès à pied. Et un peu mesquin de devoir payer la location de tuba et masque...pour le prix ça devrait être un service gratuit

Leider waren wir von der Unterkunft enttäuscht. Die Hütte war in keinen guten Zustand mehr und könnte mal dringend renoviert werden. Dazu hatten wir noch ein Tier in unserem Haus und hatten kot in der Hütte! Das Personal war leider unfreundlich und hat sich kaum gekümmert. Dafür ist der Strand perfekt gewesen !

Établissement paradisiaque Personnel adorable La vue est magnifique Quelques bémols : le petit coin de paradis peut vite se transformer en cauchemar surtout si vous louez une villa plage : - Les touristes ont acces à la plage elle est loin d’être privée - pendant la moonsoon saison, des déchets sont dans la mer et les employés en ramassent des kilos tous les jours, dur de se baigner Le restaurant est cher et les plats surgelés Le mieux est de louer un scooter et de manger en’ville Pour la plongée, je vous conseille le centre French Kiss Divers en ville, ce sont des francophones et deux fois moins cher qu’à l’hotel. Un conseil pour la villa piscine : demandez la 511, c’est celle qui offre la meilleure vue et le plus d’intimité.

Très bel hôtel, c’est le paradis. Bémols auxquels il faut s’attendre : literie peu confortable, restaurants de l’hotel chers et plats surgelés. Les villas sont collées les unes aux autres, quand vous réservez demandez la villa la plus en hauteur pour plus d’intimité. Mieux vaut louer un scooter et partir manger en ville c’est vraiment à côté.
