部屋がとても広くて快適お風呂の湯舟が大きすぎてお湯を満たすのに時間がかかる海は足場が岩だらけで足が痛い宿泊客が少なかったのでプライベートプール状態空港からホテルまで片道1200バーツで少々高い

The restaurant is marvelous. Food, atmosphere and staffs are all good. I recommend to have a private BBQ dinner outside. My children played and enjoyed the nice swimming pool. The room with a balcony is so wide and relaxing. Also view from balcony is beautiful. I recommend to drink wine at the balcony. Thanks very much. We stayed fantastic time.

とにかくホテルのサービスが良かった

ホテルの位置として、どこか行くなら必ずタクシーを使わないといけなかった。しかし事前にフロントに言っておけばその時間でタクシーの手配はしてくれる。タクシーを毎度使うのは、とも思ったが最寄りのお店に行くのも歩いて行くのは厳しそうだった。まあ日本に比べればタクシー代も安いのであんまり気にしなかった。シュノーケリングのツアーに行くのに朝ごはんの時間が間に合わないことを言えばモーニングBOXを作って持たせてくれ、大きなバスタオルを一緒に貸してくれた。エステの予約など、ホテル外の物でも電話を代行して掛けてくれたりホスピタリティ溢れる対応に、ここに来て良かったと本当に思った。勿論部屋やプールなども快適で、泊まりに来ていた他の人達もバカンスをゆっくりしにきた人達だったのでお互いが過ごしやすい空間だった。

滞在期間中のホテルは、非常に満足できました。難点を敢えて書かせてもらうなら、排水の臭いが部屋に漂っていることがたまにありました。あと、ホテルの周り（徒歩圏内）にはお店が何もないので、レンタカー等の活用をお勧めします。

とっても綺麗で広い割に安くてとっても良かったです！しかし、コンセントがもっと部屋にあったら良かったのと、部屋意外の利用料がホテルの料金に比べたから割高でした！

景色が素晴らしいホテルでした

部屋は広く、景色は素晴らしくて快適でした。スタッフもとても親切で素敵な方ばかりでした。残念だったのは、洗濯機は部屋にあるものの有料だったこと、レストランはテーブルやランチョンマットを毎回清掃している様子はなく、半端ない数の蠅が飛んでくることです。それ以外は、本当に理想通りのバケーションを過ごせるところでした。

ビーチ沿いのホテル

サムイ島の最南端にあるほてるです。施設、スタッフは非常にいいです。ただし、場所が遠いので、買い物ツアーをしたい人は、向いてません。買い物は、ファミリーマートが、車で10分で歩くと40分です。お土産は、ラマーンビーチです。フリーシャトルが、2便一日にでてますが、自由行動をしたい人は、ラマーンビーチまで、400batt。空港までは、700battになります

素敵な休日

場所は、島の周回道路から離れていて、この先にホテルがあるのかとちょっと不安な場所にありましたが、レンタカー利用だったので、特に問題もなく、その分、鳥のさえずりと海の景色を満喫できて、すごくゆっくりできました。　部屋及びバルコニーは、申し分なく広く、トイレやお風呂等どこからでも海が見える造りになっていました。　キッチンや洗濯機等設備も揃っていて、長期滞在でも便利そうでした。　プールも３ヶ所あるので、混み合うことなく、ゆっくり泳げました。また利用したいです。

離れすぎた立地

海に面してはいるが、ほぼ泳げない。町までは送迎があるが、１１時と５時だけで４５分位かかるし、帰りはタクシーで８００B位かかる。周辺には何にもなく、ホテルライフを楽しむにはレストランは１軒しかなく、周辺にもない。部屋は広く快適だが、お湯の出は比較的悪い。レンタルバイクを滞在期間中町で借りる事をお勧めしたい。ランドリーが部屋についてはいいるが、使用料２４時間で２１００Bと高い。こじんまりした、静かな田舎の離れたきれいなホテル。フロント対応は良かった。客も少ない。

a cozy retreat

This hotel is for people who needs escape from their daily hustle and bustle. Its rather inconvenient access to the airport and commercial areas are well compensated by comfort, price, and hospitality. Not to mention their only yet great restaurant. Probably the best deal you can get for your money on Koh Samui if you have no problem with its location.

家族連れでノンビリしたい人にお勧めです。

とにかく部屋は最高でした。キッチンも全て揃っているし、部屋の設備とベランダからの眺めは最高でした。部屋の水は無料、洗濯機は有料(約2000円/日)でした。海は岩やサンゴがあるので素足だと怪我をする感じでした。子供達はホテルで無料貸し出しのカヤックを楽しんでましたがほとんどの人はプールだけを楽しんでる感じでした。レストランは一箇所しかなく、味は美味しかったです。ただスタッフの対応はイマイチでなど少し混んでくると頼んだコーヒーがなかなかこない…といったこともしばしばでした。お客のほとんどがファミリーだったので、子連れで気を使うという事は全くなかったです。まさにのんびり過ごしたい人にはお勧めのホテルです。時期(8月)的なのか日本人が多かったです。

家族向けのホテルです。

タイはプーケットに良く行くのですが、今回初めてサムイ島に行く事になり、家族連れで快適なホテルであると思い、シャサリゾート & レジデンス、コサムイをえらびました。町から離れているのですが、レンタルバイクを使用すれば、なんの問題も有りませんでした。部屋は広く、とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。ただ、バスタブが広いのにお湯の出が遅く、バスタブをいっぱいにするには、3時間くらいかかったので、1日しかバスタブは使用しませんでした。ホテルの前のビーチは、あまりきれいではなく、シーカヤックで沖まで行けばシュノーケルもできますが、あまり期待しないほうが良いと思います。レストランの朝食は、まあ普通かなと思います。

素晴らしい！

唯一の難点であるWiFiが切れやすい事に関してはホテル側も認識しており、年内には改修予定だそうです。街から遠いイメージですが、ホテルの送迎を使えば問題なし。ホテル内には1件のレストランしかないのですが、街のスーパーやコンビニで購入してくれば解決します。部屋に洗濯機乾燥機が備え付けてあるので、持っていく着替えも少なくてすみます。また行きたいリゾートです。

Shasa Resort & Residences, in Koh Samui

Shasa Resort のDeluxe Seaview Suite Three Bedroomに宿泊しました。子供3人（9,6,4歳）と夫婦の合計5人で宿泊ですが、259平米あるので広さは十分です。バルコニーの広く、海の景色も良く見れます（4階に滞在）。バルコニーでは、ルームサービスの昼食を食べたり、ビール飲んだり、ソファーで読書などしても気持ちよいです。キッチンおよび調理器具（包丁、まな板、お皿類、電子レンジ等）が標準装備されているので、食材を購入して自分で調理することも可能ですが、町から離れているので食材購入には不便です。最寄のＦａｍｉｌｙマートまで約1.5km。アップダウンも激しく手軽に歩いて買い物には行けない場所です。その代わり、町の喧騒からは離れた静かな環境のリゾートです。毎日お昼前と夕方に町までの無料シャトルバスがありますので、町に行きたい人はシャトルバス利用が良いでしょう。ただし、復路は各自で戻って来てもらう必要ありです。プールは3個あり、各プールにはシャワー・ジャグジー設備もありますし、宿泊部屋数が少ないのでプールが混みあうこともほとんどなさそうです。一方プールから10歩でビーチに出れますが、カラフルな熱帯魚が多く泳いでいることはなく、ハゼなどの地味な魚やカニが居る程度です。お隣のパンガン島やタオ島とは大違いです。ただし、ビーチ沿いに歩くと、徒歩10分ほどで砂浜のビーチに行くことも可能で、引き潮の時には、雄大で綺麗な砂浜が出現するので散歩できます。 8月の上旬から中旬にかけて滞在していましたが、欧米人がメインで日本人はほとんど居ないようでしたが、5人以上の家族や子供が大きい家族などには最適のリゾートホテルだと思います。スパはサムイ価格ですので、タオ島などに比べると高く感じるかもしれないそうです（妻談）。

また泊りたい!!!

今回はのんびり旅でサムイ島のこのホテルに泊まりました。 -良い点- ・部屋がすごく広くて１日中いても飽きませんでした。・眺めは最高・夕日が見れました（時期によると思います）・周りが暗いので星空が綺麗でした。・ベランダも広く長い時間いても退屈しませんでした。・プールが大きくてビーチベットも海側にあるのでのんびりできました。・キッチンと冷蔵庫が大きくてお皿類も準備されてたので、快適でした。・洗濯乾燥機がついていて、洗剤まで準備されてたので、帰りの洗い物分けが楽でした。 -悪い点- ・場所はすごく不便です（近くのコンビニまで車で5分）・夜の徒歩での出歩きは怖いです。・レストランがちょっと高かったです(/_;) ・目の前の海が砂浜じゃないのが残念でした。今回２泊の予定でしたが、結局４泊してしまいました（笑）それ程のんびり出来る場所でした。

J'ai aucune idee comment et qui donne le nombre d'etoiles chez hotel.com !!! Mais assurment ils ont jamais visités cette établissement pour y attribuer 5* A notre arrivée au premier regard cetqit evident que nous etions pas a la meme hôtel que les photos prises surmenr il a 15 ans sur le site ! Nous avions réservé 2 nuits mais apres une nuit nous somme parties Hotel viellisante et tres tres malpropre Dejeuner tres ordinaire Éloigné Restaurant et bar malpropre Chambre a une odeur humidité Il a pas de plage et le bord de mer est pleine de dechets (bouteilles de plastiques ect ...Elle a jamais ete nettoyé depuis des annees) Nous avons eu des hotels 4* qui auraient pus etre classé 5* mais celle-ci est d'avantage une 3* et je suis genereux Je recommande absolument pas cette Hotel malgre la note donnée par hotel.com

We stayed for nine nights at this property. I would like to give an honest and objective review of this property as it is a tale of two halves. Firstly on the positive side the property itself is excellent. The apartments are spacious, nicely furnished and well equipped (although with some evidence of some ageing, wear and tear). They have amazing views out to the ocean and are kept spotlessly clean. The pool areas are also very nice (although there is a serious shortage of sunloungers - 12 for the entire resort, luckily it was very quiet!). All staff are very helpful. On the negatives the resort is on a steep hill so not suitable for the elderly or anyone with mobility issues. It does not have a beach as the images suggest. The sea frontage is rocky and dirty and not suitable for swimming. More importantly the resort is literally in the middle of nowhere!! You have to get a taxi anywhere at a minimum cost of $12 - $15 each way which adds a significant cost to your evening out! There is one restaurant in the property which closes at 19:30, far too early and the place is dead by 19:00. The restaurant is OK and reasonably priced, but obviously only one venue is very restrictive and repetitive. The same restaurant serves a very limited breakfast which at best was OK. If you want to go to Ko Samui, stay in good quality accommodation and do absolutely nothing then this place is worth considering. However, not great for anyone looking for more to do, nice beach access etc.

A Great Value

Firstly, this is not a 5 star property but I knew that based on the price. That being said, the value was great. The property is nice and secluded. Great views of the water but don’t expect much of a beach. The pools looked amazing but were closed due to Covid. Breakfast was a la carte and was above average but not excellent.

Amazing 1 night

We just stayed there for 1 night but it took us 5 min to agreed that we could stay there for SERVEL of nights! The rooms, hotel and the staff amazed us. Great great and more great! Will definitely stay there next time we come to Koh Samui

We stayed at shasa the first week of November. The respite was pretty quiet with not too many guests and we very much enjoyed the relaxation. As many reviews mention, the resort is not close to any ‘city life’ but we found a regular taxi driver via a friend and he took us home from Lamai , chaweng and bophut several days. A regular taxi back from Lamai was 15usd-ish. We didn’t mind that. For breakfast we had our own choice from the menu which we liked and then we’d take the hotel shuttle to Lamai or chaweng for the evening. Staff were lovely, sometimes a challenge with English. We would visit ShaSa again, it is a great place to catch some relaxation.

酒店舒適，環境優美，工作人員友善。客廳和房間很寛倘，還有一個開放式廚房，絶對是一家人放假休息的選擇，唯獨是位置比較偏遠和接送市區酒店巴士班次不夠頻密，但酒店亦可安排自費的士外出。
