Located within Ichan Qa'la, walking distance to many tourist attractions. Breakfast is western style good foods and I was abe to eat a place with a great view. Reception guy gave me nice advice.I recommend this hotel everyone.

It was a very lovely hotel. The view from the room and especially from the rooftop were also nice, and most of the staff were friendly and accommodating. However, I had a bit of dissatisfaction with the front desk staff on the first day. When I tried to borrow a bottle opener to drink beer, he said the hotel doesn't have one, and I was told to bring the bottle to the front desk when opening. Since it's unimaginable for a hotel not to have a bottle opener, I assumed he misunderstood and thought I meant a wine opener. I tried to convey that I wanted to open a beer bottle, but he didn't seem to listen. At that moment, another staff nearby asked if I needed a bottle opener for beer, and I was able to borrow one from them. Perhaps he lacks confidence in English proficiency, but language skills don't matter. I just want them to understand and respond to the customer's needs thoroughly, even if it takes time. Understanding each other is crucial. Apart from that, I have no complaints at all. If I have the chance to visit Khiva again, I would like to stay there.

綺麗で過ごしやすいホテルでした。イチャン・カラ内なので観光にも便利でとても良かったです。スタッフの方も親切でした。お湯もしっかり出ますが、水は少し黄色かったです。多分これは仕方ないんだろうなと思いました。

ヒヴァでの定宿

2回ヒヴァを訪れたことがありますが、毎回アルカンチホテルに泊まっています。イチャン・カラ内にあるものの、タクシーでホテル前まで行けて、イチャン・カラを観光の途中に購入した土産物を置きに帰ったり、休憩しに帰ったり、とにかく立地が良いので観光の拠点に便利です。そして、知名度抜群のホテルなので、タクシー運転手にホテル名を言うとすぐに分かってもらえます。また、スタッフは流暢に英語が話せ、日本人や欧米人観光客の対応に慣れていて、とてもプロフェッショナルです。

立地よし

フロントでブハラまでのタクシーを手配してもらえた。朝食は比較的シンプルだった。ヒヴァの旧市街（イチャン・カラ）にあるので、観光に便利。スーパーマーケットや地元の食堂にも徒歩で行けるので、立地がよかった。

イチャンカラ遺跡の敷地すぐ

こじんまりしたホテルでしたが、朝ごはんも美味しく、イチャンカラ遺跡からも近く、便利でした。スタッフの方も親切でした。スーツケースが重かったのですが、登る際も、下る際もすぐに飛んできて手伝ってくれて本当にありがたかったです。

Best hotel for enjoying Hivaヒバ観光に最適

Clean, nice and large . newly renovated room with a view of minaret A helpful staff named Yuzufbek, who made every effort to help us.Tea or coffee is served for free if asked.ホテルの施設に年季が入っているというコメントがありましたが、とても綺麗なホテルで、ゲストハウスと値段は余り違わないのに、ホテルのサービスが受けられます。遺跡の中なので、すぐに部屋に戻って休憩できます。5月初旬に訪れましたが、暑いので、早朝や日没後に遺跡の中を歩き回るのにとても便利です。フロントにいるユズフベクという青年は、流暢な日本語を話すので、何かあれば何でも相談に乗ってくれます。ヒバで泊まるなら、このホテルしかないと思います。

とても親切なフロントスタッフ

フロントに日本語が少し話せる男性がいます。電車のチケットの相談に乗ってくれたりと、とても親切でした。出発する朝に、駅までのタクシーもお願いする前に手配してくれてました。鉄道窓口でチケットに交換するのに時間がかかるのにもかかわらず、のんびりしていた私たちに着いてきてくれました。窓口やセキュリティチェックのところで、彼が通訳してくれたおかげで、ギリギリで電車に乗ることができました。とにかく親切で助かりました。ホテル自体も清潔で、居心地良かったです。

Excellent service, lovely room, great location

The location is excellent. Hotel looks grand and is openly visible from the main Ichan Kala. The staff at this hotel were pleasant and extremely helpful. They speak excellent english. On the night of our arrival, our Yandex driver was lost and we couldn't find the hotel as we were unfamiliar with the location. We called the hotel for help and a staff very kindly came to look for our car, and even took over the wheels of our driver who was visibly very tired from the long drive. He helped to drive us to the door step of the hotel safely, and even offered the driver a seat to rest in the hotel as it was very late at night. We didn't get the name of that staff, but hope that the hotel could relay our compliment and gratitude so that he can see our message to him. We are extremely grateful for his help, and we find his kindness very heartwarming. He definitely left a mark of great impression in our hearts and we will never forget that night. We are also very happy with our room, which was clean and very comfortable. The room definitely looks better than the photos I took. The breakfast provided was one of the best we have had out of staying at 6 hotels in Uzbekistan and as bonus it comes with great variety of vegetarian options. We had a wonderful time in Khiva and the hotel and the staff made our trip even more pleasant.

Perfect location for visiting Khiva. Large room, good beds, everything perfect. Very close to all touristic points and restaurants. Only breakfast could get better with more selection Highly recommended !

Muy buena elección

Recomendable, en pleno centro de la ciudad histórica de Khiva. Con bonitas vistas desde la terraza, aunque no sea un lugar tan idílico como muestran las fotos del hotel. El desayuno fue estupendo la primera ve, tipo buffet, pero nos decepcionó en la segunda ocasión, ya que no fue buffet (como indican en la reserva) y nos sacaron sobras que no tenían nada que ver con lo de la mañana anterior. Nos sentimos estafados y bastante molestos. El personal de recepción es muy amable y atento, se esfuerzan por ayudarte en todo momento, siempre con una sonrisa.

Great location and staff. Very accommodating and the views from the terrace unbelievable. I would recommend the spring and autumn seasons. The winter can be bitter cold and the summer brutally hot, but you will have the place to yourself.

Great location and staff

We stayed 2 nights right inside the city walls. The upper deck is lovely but our weather was too cold to enjoy it. The staff were amazing - friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fair, but after we stayed elsewhere too, we found it was fine. The food across Khiva is the same almost everywhere. We recommend Arkanchi!
