「Excellent experience 」

「We stayed here for 9 days and I have not enjoyed another resort as much I have enjoyed southern palms, the food, staff, rooms, location and service is amazing. I could not fault it one bit and I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the staff and management at Southern Palms ♥️」

「ディア二にひとりで滞在するため、ナイロビに住む友人から勧められたホテルの中の一つでした。 朝と夕飯がついて、サービス料金を含めると大体一泊8500円でした。朝も夜もビッフェ形式ですがそれなりの種類があるので色々と食べる事ができました。 夕方にはアフタヌーンティーも振舞われました。そのエリアとお部屋ではWi-Fiも繋がります。 プールもあり、プライベート海岸もあり、そしてその時使う大きなバスタオルも借りる事ができこの値段でこれだけのサービスなら十分だと思います。 サルがいますよ！」

「What I liked: the oceanfront room was exactly as advertised; beautiful stepping out to the porch and watching the ocean. The room was decent and comfortable. The water pressure and hot water was great. The size of the property is amazing, multiple pools, cleaned daily. The interior of the hotel, the reception area, all very nice. 「Excellent overall. Had to call staff more than once to get their attention at times but staff were mostly really nice. Facilities are excellent and food quality is the best. Room was listed as having one double bed and one single on hotels.com but actually had two singles」

「El hotel es muy lindo y está bien ubicado, aunque se llama Beach Resort pero no esta en primera fila de playa. Solo hay wifi en la recepción. El desayuno es bastante pobre, nada que ver con la foto que muestran. La pileta cierra a las 6pm lo cual impide usarla luego de la playa」

「I visited The One during off season and covid mitigation rules, and due to this circunstances, I was surprisingly the only customer in the whole large resort. I got very warm welcome and free upgrade to a seafront apartment. Nothing major to complain other than the TV in the apartment did not work, neither did the wifi for some occasions.
