「Superb staff - courteous and helpful 」

「This property was vacant and no one else staying there. I felt unsafe here, there was no warm water. The towels were hard, only one toilet paper. The fridge was faulty. I didn’t want to have breakfast as I was worried about the standard of hygiene. It really smelt like animal faecal matter due to the cows and buffaloes near by. 」

「Beautiful property, the rooms were spacious and uniquely decorated and fit the jungle aesthetic. Due to its proximity to Yala National Park, we saw many wild Peacocks roaming around in the backyard. This also meant that the Safari jeep was able to pick us up on the main road easily on the way to the park. On the downside, the property was located at the end of a dirt path off the main road and was not properly marked on the map. This made it very difficult was taxi drivers to find the hotel....

「Very friendly and helpful staff, pool was nice and the room was huge. We had a great view from the room balcony and we could hear the sounds of nature. Some dogs were barking around the house at night but otherwise everything was nice. The staff also helped us organise a day trip to Yala safari which was really kind.」

「I hate to give bad reviews, especially because the service was lovely and the property was great. But the room was dirty, with rat droppings on the beds. We were the only people staying at the hotel. I’m sure they cleaned the room when the last person checked out, but that seemed like months ago with the amount of dust and dead bugs in the room. Also, no WiFi in the room!」
