海が近く、部屋から海が見え景色が最高でした。 大きいスライダーの付いたプールもありどこも行かずにプールだけでも過ごせます。 スタッフも皆親切で笑顔！ 一つ残念なことがあり、エアコンの効きが悪く外より部屋の方が暑い事もありました。

また行きたい！
スタッフ皆さん笑顔で丁寧な接客で素晴らしいです。 ただ、日本並みに迅速な対応は求めてはいけません。 全てがゆったりとしています。 日本の様にマニュアルでキチキチしていないので、プーケットのゆったりと流れる時間を楽しめました。 設備は年季が入っている様でしたが、メンテナンスや掃除が行き届いており清潔でした。 ベッドが柔らか過ぎたのだけが唯一の残念な点です。 併設のSweet Talkのケーキも見た目ほど甘くなく美味しかったです。 パイナップルミントシェイクが美味しかった！

この値段で5つ星ホテル堪能できるんです。
初めてのプーケット家族旅行で朝食つき4泊利用しました。 良かった点 -カロンビーチが道路挟んで目の前、敷地がかなり広くプール踏まえたリゾート感満載。 -カロン地区でも人気のピザ、アイスクリーム屋さんが併設されいわゆるインスタ映えスポットがあちこちに -日本人スタッフはいませんが英語コミュは問題無し。欧米、アジア、中国人と逆にインターナショナル感が味わえます。 -料金が非常に安い。同等クラスのホテルだと沖縄2泊、ハワイ1泊程の料金。 -朝食バイキングメニューも豊富で4泊でも十分満足 悪かった点 -枕が異様に臭い。日本的にいう干すという習慣がないと思います。 -敷地が大きい、隣も大規模なヒルトンのため 簡単な買い物に行くのにも徒歩で時間がかかります。タイはセブン、ファミマとコンビニが充実しているので、チェックイン前にアルコール、スナックなど確保した方がベター。ホテル価格はコンビニの3倍します。 -ホテルの入り口がわかりにくいため、巣でタクシー利用すると行き先がわからない運転手がいました。アジアのUberことGrabが大活躍し、金額、行き先指定などストレスなく移動ができました。 -道路挟んだカロンビーチですが、漂流物も踏まえたゴミが多くせっかくのきめ細かい綺麗な砂地が台無しでした。欧米家族の方が100m程範囲で海岸をビニール袋を持って清掃していたので、手伝った所鮮やかなビーチが一面に広がりました。ホテル側でも清掃など気にかけた方が良いかと。

スタッフの対応が悪過ぎ。 歯ブラシ、クシ、タオル、ミネラルウォーターなどが部屋に配置されていなかった。 ホテルにクレーム入れたら次の日にようやく置いてあった。ホテルからの謝罪は無し。 2日間置いてなかったこととクレームを入れたらすぐに置くということを考えるとワザと置かなかったことは明白。 サービスを受ける権利があるのだから返金してほしい。

Thank you so much for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your candid feedback at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort. In reviewing your feedback, it would appear that regrettably, we fell short of being able to live up to your expectations. In the meantime, we felt surprised when you have mentioned of not receiving any apologies/feedback when I personally responded to you through real time feedback and asked for further information from you by either contact Mike, Rose or myself. Please also allow me to clarify in regards of toothbrush, comb nor mineral water in room. We haven't set these items in room but our guests can simply request through front desk or housekeeping staff. Hence our staff would have brought them to you. We do take great pride in servicing our guests to the fullest and it raised our concern especially when our guests have mentioned of any issues so we can immediately resolve and fix the situation. With our hotel philosophy, issues can be fixed and addressed at the time rather than growing into bigger ones, however they do need to be raised with us. Unfortunately, when raised in a forum such as this, post a visit, the damage caused. Until we have the opportunity of being able to welcome you back and we wish you safe travels home. 口コミほど悪くないかな。
雨季で波が高く目の前のビーチには入れなかったけど、ホテルのプールを満喫しました。日本語のスタッフが居ないのと、水が出ない時間帯がありました。それ以外は朝食も種類があって、４階窓からの景色も良く、妻と子供は大喜びでした。

綺麗だけれど対応が最悪だった
値段の割にとても綺麗なホテルだと思います。プールもあり、食事もしっかり食べることができました。 しかしながら、事前にクレジット決済をしていたのにもかかわらず、パスポートを預けることを義務付けられ、帰る際に渡されない事態となりました。 空港で気付き、急いでホテルに電話し、持ってきてもらうように言いましたが、最初1200バーツを払えば持っていく。交渉したら９００バーツで持っていくなど、こちらに不備はないのに余計な金額を請求されました。 もう二度と行きません。

お得で素敵なリゾートホテル
比較的リーズナブルでリゾート感たっぷりのホテルでした。少し古い印象はありますが、部屋もリフォームされていて問題ありません。２月上旬でしたがカロンの海も凄くきれいでした。歩いてすぐの場所にレストランもあり便利です。1ベッドルームスイート と デラックスコネクティングルームをおさえて大人７人で宿泊しましたが、ホテルが想像以上に大きく部屋が離れ過ぎていたのが大変でした。またプーケットに遊びに行く時は是非、利用させてもらいたいです。

ビーチが目の前、プールが良い
タボンビーチが目の前でプールが何種類もあり、カップルからファミリーまでのんびりくつろぐことができます。24時間対応のルームサービスも非常によかったです。部屋は1階でデラックスプービューとあったのに何もみえませんでした。これはいかがかと。ただプールへのアクセスはよかったです。 部屋は普通です。シャワーがありますが、風呂は付いていません。これは少しがっかりでした。朝食はビッフェ形式でまずまずです。プール用のタオルは部屋にあり、利用時に持って行く必要があります。ホテルのれすはイマイチです。近隣にたくさん食事ができる場所があるのでそちらを利用されるのが良いとおもいます。価格も比較的に安いです。

部屋が道路に面していたので、深夜まで大音量の車のスピーカー音が聞こえた。 ＧＤＰ２位の国の方々が多く、どこも占領されておりホテルでの快適さは皆無。

緑が多く癒されました。 ビーチも近く夕日がとっても綺麗に見えました。 スタッフも私達の拙い英語でも優しく教えてくれ、頑張って日本語を話そうとしてくれていました。おかげでステキな旅行になりました。

オススメできないホテルだと感じました。
私的にはこちらのホテルはおススメできません。ホテル到着しチェックイン時に、ホテルでの食事を勧められ、1人３２０００円のコースを勧められました。大晦日だった事もあってか、今日はこの辺の飲食店数も少なく、全て予約しないと入れないと言われ仕方なく予約してしまいました。飲み物も一杯１２００円程度ですごく高かったです。32000円の割には、おいしくないビュッフェで散々でした。　プール設備は良く、カロンビーチも綺麗でしたので残念でした。また、宿泊した部屋が体臭臭く（おそらく前日にインドのお客様が宿泊されたのでしょうか？）おやじ臭が半端なく、窓全開でしばらく過ごさざるおえませんでした。

We had a lovely relaxing week away. Loved the swim out room we had, would be good if they played different songs around the pool areas rather than 5 songs on repeat for hours and some of them were not very appropriate for the setting. Also the gardens could do with some weeding. Very central to the area, easy to get around, across from the beach was nice for a quick swim or view the sunset or a morning stroll.

Classic Hotel with updated rooms
Huge hotel. Been around for many years but the rooms are updated which is good. 3 different pools all with bars offering happy hours and breakfast buffet is good quality. Beach right across the road is clean and peaceful. Short walk off the property to restaurants, stores, bars nearby. Lots of activities for kids as well, petting zoo and kids club. Good choice to stay here.

Relaxing with plenty of space
Nice gardens , good breakfast,close to everything, beach across the road plenty of shops & restaurants with in 5 mins walk reception staff very helpful especially Moo, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with everything, pool area is great as is the bar JJ & A are great guys and will make sure your refreshments are at your liking, would definitely stay again

It’s a very old hotel. Strange smell. Air conditioning is leaking and the floor gets wet by early morning. If you are not careful can slip and hurt yourself. Bed bugs on the bed . I don’t have anything good to say about it.

Hotel is OK. The room was clean. Beds are very hard. Stayed at a standard room w king bed which is 2 beds put together. The hotel is outdated. It’s definitely family friendly. Kids everywhere even in the pool bar area. Kids jumping and splashing everywhere. Food is average. Do not order a Caesar salad unless you want it with a fried egg. Not the best hotel , not the worst. You have to cross the street to go to the beach. Then you have to pay extra for umbrellas and chair. Ok hotel for a short stay. 1-2 days max. The hotels are better in Kata Beach or Kata noi. Phuket is very busy. If you can, stay at Phe Phe Island. This was my first time going to Thailand. Next time I will stay there. Thailand is a beautiful and people are very warm and welcoming.
