スタッフの方の教育がよく行き届いていると感じました。どの方もとても親切丁寧で、インターンで研修されていた大学生のスタッフの方も、研修とは思えないほどしっかりとしたサービスをしてくださいました。 施設のどこをとってもスタイリッシュで、写真映えするポイントが多かったです。 滞在中全くストレスを感じることなく過ごせたことに感謝したいと思います。

朝食は良かったです。種類も結構あり、クロワッサンや卵料理も美味しかったです。 プールが写真よりこじんまりしており、またプールチェアー(プールソファー)の数が少ないのが、残念。スペース的に余裕はないので仕方ないけど。またホテル内での飲食はこの規模ホテルにしては高めです。

満足ですが
ホテル館内、部屋、設備すべて綺麗でした。またコロナで客が少ないからか部屋もアップグレードして頂き、非常に大満足でした。10点つけようと思いましたが、館内のレストランだけは頂けなかったです。ステーキの肉は筋切してないし、デザートには大量のアリが這っていました。(もちろんお金は取られませんでしたが)レストランだけは改善してほしいところです。館内のレストランを使わないのであれば満点だと思います。

清潔で気持ちが良いホテル
部屋はとても清潔。そして食事が美味しい。夕食、朝食をホテルで摂るのがおすすめ。プライバシーについては完全に保たれているが、プールアクセスの部屋は、プールからの人の視線を気にする人には向かないため注意が必要。 スタッフのホスピタリティも高く、満足度が高い宿。マッサージもおすすめ。

のんびり快適にすごせました
部屋や施設は綺麗で、プールサイドでくつろいだり、部屋でのんびりしたり、心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。 部屋の設備も言うことなしですし、朝食もおいしかったです。 エリアもビーチに近く、レストランやコンビニも近いので不自由しませんでした。パトンビーチのような派手さはありませんが、その分静かで落ち着いて過ごせます。 ただ、毎日のベッドメイキングのたびに、何かが足りない(バスマットだったり、ビーチタオルだったり、フェイスタオルだったり…)のが残念でした。

清潔で快適に過ごせました。ビーチからのアクセスも良く気に入りました。朝食も種類が豊富で数日宿泊してもメニューが変わるので飽きません。また利用したいと思います。一つ注文するなら歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉が無かった事です。あると更に嬉しいです。

A nice hotel on a hill close to a beach
A Nice hotel on a hill close to Karon beach. The entrance and reception is compactly designed compared to other 5 star hotels nearby. Service is not 5 star but rather 4. Breakfast is good with varaety of foods and drinks with a bit of difference eavery day. Sea view from a room is very nice. You can see the ocean and sunset very clearly. Negative point is there was add smells coming from some of pillows. I notice the same kind of reviews, so it should be delt with immedeiately. Other note is that when we checked out we were kept waiting about 5 minutes while they are checking the room. I have stayed a number of hotels in the past 30 years, and this is my first experience that I was treated this way. Do the think I stole something from a room? Obeoysly I was offended and let down the fact that i was not trusted and it spoiled my vacation. It is a good hotel, but 5 star hotel does not treat their visitors like a suspect without a reason. We were “released” after 5 minutes, but I am not sure if I come back because of the experience.

I really loved the hotel. The room and the view from the balcony was amazing. The staff was friendly and courteous. Just one thing I was not happy was the breakfast on the first morning we were there. The restaurant was very crowded and obviously the restaurant was short of staff. I wanted to ask for a small stuff like an extra napkin but it was hard to find a staff who could help me. The restaurant was very busy and full of people. I would have liked a more relaxed morning.

子連れで過ごしやすい
子ども連れでの連泊でした。ビーチが近く海に遊びに行くにも便利です。ホテル内のプールで親子で遊んだり、キッズスペースには浅いプールや、ちょっとしたアスレチックができる滑り台もありました。 アメニティの補充が無かったりスパの予約がダブルブッキングされてしまうこともありましたが、スタッフは皆さんにこやかに親切に接してくださってとても満足です。

快適だが5つ星ホテルではない。
総合的に良いホテルだったが、グラスを新しく変えなかったり、アメニティの追加がないなど、5つ星ホテルの待遇ではない。 5つ星(4つ星でもたまに)ホテルだと、不在の間にフルーツやゲストへのメッセージが置かれていたりしておもてなしを感じるが、自ら何もしなければホテルスタッフとの関わりが全くなく、放っておかれている感じがした。

気になった点 : 清潔度
初めてのプーケットだったので、観光の拠点として5泊しました。スクーターを借りて(近くにレンタルバイク屋さんは沢山あります)ビーチ巡りや、シャロン寺院、ビックブッダ、カロンビューポイント、パトンなどどこにでもアクセスしやすく便利でした。徒歩数分でビーチにもコンビニにも、トリップアドバイザーの上位のレストラン数軒にも行けて、私達の好きなソフィテル系というのも決めた理由です。部屋は2人なら息苦しさは感じない広さでした。使い勝手も良かったです。シャンプー等のアメニティは、ケミカル系なのが残念。朝食はこのクラスのホテルなのでこの程度かな、という感じ。種類は多くありませんが一通りのものはあります。フランス系なのでパンが美味しいかと期待しましたがイマイチ。フルーツは、滞在時はパッションフルーツ、パパイヤ、ドラゴンフルーツ等があり。フレッシュジュースは置いて欲しかったです。毎朝カマンベールやブリーなどを、ほぼホールの状態でテーブルまで持って来ていただけたのは嬉しかったです。カプチーノはイタリア人の夫も絶賛の美味しさでした。現地スタッフはまだまだ教育が必要。特に清掃スタッフは落第レベル。アメニティは1度使ったら最後、5泊して1度も補充されず。バスローブは使用したものを持って行ったきり。3回くらい催促してやっと持ってきてもらえました。建設工事時に出たであろう白い削り屑がドアの蝶番の上に溜まっていたり、水栓やミラーの汚れているホテルは初めてです。レストランのテーブルもコップの跡や汚れが気になりました。廊下に朝から落ちているゴミが夜までそのまま残っていたり、日本人にはかなり気になるレベルだと思います。私達の滞在中、前半は7~8割が大陸系で後半はイースターのため半分くらいが欧米系のゲストでした。上の階の騒音がひどく、最上階に変えていただきました。ホテルでのんびり、というより昼間はアクティブに行動して夜寝るだけという人向けだと思います。

新しくまだ綺麗なホテル
はじめてのプーケットでした。オープンして1ヶ月のタイミングてました。お部屋はスタンダードでも十分広く、快適に過ごせました。 〈よかった点〉 フロント、レストランスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 ビーチまで徒歩3分、ホテルのプールも程よい広さと水中にバーカウンターもあり、大人と子供の両方が楽しめる感じでした。 朝食ビュッフェは美味しかったです。少しずつメニューも変えてあり連泊でも楽しめました、またコーヒー、ティー、カフェラテなども着席後に選んだものを持ってきてくれます。 〈悪かった点〉 洗面台、水場にゴミ箱がなく、広い割にゴミ箱がテレビの下に1つしかなかった為、かなり不便でした。 総じて、お部屋の清掃係の人が手抜き?なのか備品の補充が不十分でした。チェックインし、お部屋用スリッパがない。初日補充してあったビーチ用タオルを持参し、ビーチから清掃後の部屋に帰ってみると、新しいビーチ用タオルがない。近くの部屋を清掃中だったお姉さんに声をかけたところ、清掃に入ったらビーチ用タオルがなかったので、持って行っていると思って補充しなかったと言われました。 使ってると思ったら補充するのが仕事じゃないですかと思ったのですが。。。 まぁ、そこはもらえたのでよしとした。 〈感想〉 旅行したタイミング、エリアによるかと思いますがこちらのホテルは9割欧米(たぶん皆さんロシア)残りが中国人でした。 お部屋は静かで過ごしやすく、総評するとよかったです。 あとは細かいサービスの改善が今後なされると完璧だだ思います。

Great hotel in a good location about 5mins walk from the beach, you just need to cross the main road. Our family room was very big included a shower and bath and they had added a play tent for the kids plus soft toys and their bedsheet were Disney themed which was a nice touch. We went half board and I wish I hadn’t as there plenty of side road restaurants but they don’t look the cleanest.Breakfast buffet was good all freshly baked and cooked! Amazing fruit!our lunch or dinner was not buffet but off a menu so you can choose only two courses but dishes were nice how ver can be boring after you stay 10 days! There’s only one restaurant that does the half board and kids menu wasn’t great the kids were bored after day 4 it’s always the same. After speaking to the F&B assistant we had some dishes made for us as requested which was a nice touch. The staff are helpful and will go over and beyond however if you have an allergy beware NOTHING is labelled and you have to ask a chef to confirm but really be clear as we had a peanut allergy and I had to specify do you cook in peanut oil etc.Pool bar food was good but thts not included in the half board. Prices at Char’d were acceptable but we never had time to try it. Pool beds to be reserved from 6am once my husband went at 7.30 all were gone it’s a problem. Not enough beds for the amount of people.overall good hotel but more boutique!New hair salon was great and kids club used once was nice. Rooftop bar good. No eve entertainment.

The property was average. The staff where average, did not feel welcome. The room was damp and flooded when we used the bath. The pool was dirty and no sun beds available at 8am as people reserved them and disappeared! The pool bar staff was also not helpful or happy. It seemed everyone was doing their job for the sake of it. Luckily we did not spend time in the hotel and spent time out enjoying Phuket. Also their staff did not advise us their are tuktuks at the bottom of the hotel road to take us to patong beach at a fare price.

Very beautiful hotel and lovely staff. This was one the most beautiful hotel I have ever been in my life and the staff was just the best. My only issue with this hotel was the fact that there aren’t many chair around the swimming pool and many people leave their towel overnight to claim the chairs and sometimes they don’t even go to the pool for a long time and you just don’t a space to sit. Hope that the hotel make some changes in their police because it’s very annoying when you wake up early and can’t even sit. The other small issue for me was the fact the location is quite far from the old city and other touristic areas, so every time you are trying to do something you will spend around 40min-1h traveling. Another small detail is that if you like real Thai food you will be a little disappointed with the restaurant dishes. In my opinion the food was more adjusted to international travelers that can’t handle spice and spices. However, the breakfast is amazing! With all that said my wife and I would still go back to this hotel because the staff and service was amazing

Perfect for Valentine Getaway
Came here to celebrate Valentine’s Day and the entire experience from check in to the room itself was excellent. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Service is top notch. Our room attendants, Duean, Kant, and Biw, were always very accommodating and helpful. We were upgraded for our room and it was perfect. Very spacious and very clean with an awesome ocean view of Karon Beach. All in all it’s excellent value for this hotel and its amenities and we would certainly return again.

Stunning hotel right next to Karon beach and walking distance to Kata beach with a delicious breakfast. Clean and stylish rooms. Excellent staff went above and beyond. An excellent modern 5 star hotel set back away from the hustle and bustle of Karon and Kata yet walkable to local beach and nearby nightlife. Plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all. Across the road from Karon beach which is great for sunbathing and watching the sunset. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and well worth the additional cost. We utilised the on site spa for a Thai massage that was also a fantastic experience. Staff were very attentive and ensured our stay met every expectation (special thanks to Jitsinee Saswatsarnti (Nat) for assisting us). We booked a swim up sea view room that is worth the extra cost as gets the afternoon sunshine. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent service
I enjoyed my stay at the Avista Grande very much. The service was truly excellent. Every member of the team was welcoming, gracious, and extraordinarily helpful. From the front desk, to the pool bar, to the restaurant, the level of service was top notch. One room tip - when I arrived, I was "upgraded" to a Deluxe Suite with Whirlpool Bath. In hindsight, I should have skipped it. The room is large, but the bed is in the center of the room. No nightstands. The only outlet is not next to the bed, so one cannot keep a phone nearby while sleeping. The overhead lights were fully on or off, with no bed stand lights to read by before going to sleep. Pretty room, but not so practical. Strongly recommend the hotel, but not the suite.

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. We were travelling with two small kids and the hotel really did go out of their way to accommodate our requests. The staff were simply amazing and friendly, and a special mention to Vanshdeep, Oil, Pearl, Sai, Yulie, Joy and many more. The hotel was great, clean and was in a great location, especially with kids with shops and restaurants close by. We are vegetarian, and options for us were very limited at their restaurant, but that was the only issue we had. Other than that, it was truly a 5 star experience.
