The staff and location are the best things about this hotel. Tv didn’t work, aircon was so notvworning and though the staff tried, not much can be done in such short notice. Should request for room on lower floor so reception is better! Actually booked 2 nights and paid, but lost money as checked out after 1 night as my child really was unhappy. No air con, tv that doesn’t work, very difficult to rest well. Breakfast was not so bad so actually management should spend some money and do some minor renovation. Have. Very good location but we lost money As already paid for room on hotel.com. So disappointing!

Run down hotel, receptionist was dishonest, collected hotel fee twice, didnt want to cause trouble hence just gave them the extra RM20 (for 2 nights). No towels provided, room felt eerily creepy, was unable to sleep well for both nights, kept waking up every hour or so. Only good thing about this hotel is the location. Overall, worst hotel experience ever.

Air-con on second nite totally not cold at all, make me cant sleep the whole nite and perspire the whole nite.
Last day before check out, after I came back from the breakfast at 4th storey, my card totally cannot use at all, I need to waste my time to go all the way to the lobby and ask them what happen.
