「Overall we were only there for one night and one day of fantastic pampering. It was very nice. The spa therapist gave me the best massage I have ever had - and I have had a few. The road to the lodge could be better but this is not in the control of the spa owners. A mix up with the booking resulted in us missing our evening meal. Carmen did however provide and impromptu meal which was lovely.」

「This boutique hotel is special. Proximity to Rosebank premier amenities while being tucked away in a block close to the highway. The friendliness and helpfulness of staff was top tier. Room service, food and other add ins were not only affordable, but fresh, well presented and wide ranging. Really a perfect alternative to a stay at a cookie cutter hotel model. Please change very little about this place!!」

「A lovely facility with sizable rooms, nice pool and delicious food. The service was not up to standard as at check in we were not informed of ANY house rules and it was rather challenging when we returned from dinner having being locked out of the entire hotel section and no security guard or assistance was in sight. Luckily a helpful guest was awake and could assist us to get in to our room otherwise it would have been an uncomfortable night outside for us. The management also expressed no...

「When I first arrived at this guesthouse I was really impressed with its attention to detail of the decor of the compound and various rooms. There was a problem with the internet initially however this was quickly rectified by the owner/host. I felt very relaxed and at ease in the room and enjoyed to quietness of the environment. The host was extremely professional and obviously cared for his guest's comfort. Really enjoyed my stay here and will return and recommend to others.」
