古い、バス利用に不便
壁がものすごくすぐ隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえ。通された部屋のすぐ横がエレベーターであったためエレベーターの昇降の機械音が室内に侵入し、夜中でもリラックスできなかった。 施設がだいぶ古く、清潔感はあるものの、部屋代に見合ってないと感じる。 バスを使ってNYCに行く場合はとても不便な立地にあり、Hyatt やMarriottがある側を選ばれることを強くお勧めする。 リピートは無い。

車でマンハッタンや日本食材店のミツワなどのアクセスがいい プールは掲載されてる写真のイメージよりずっと小さいが、子供にはちょうどいい。ジャクジーは熱めで深く、歩き疲れた後のリフレッシュには最適

1人のホスピタリティに欠けたフロント
部屋は快適で綺麗です。浴室も綺麗でした。朝食も悪くありません。バス停は隣のホームデポのすぐ側ですが、すこし行きにくいです。バスに関しては129系統か190系統が42stのバスターミナルから出てますが、バスに乗る時間帯によっては少し先のバス停にしか停車しない便もあるので注意が必要です。さて今回非常に残念な事がありました。フロントの1人の女性の対応が最悪。コインランドリーを使用するのにクオーターコインしか使えないので両替を頼んだら3ドル分しかないと無下に言われ、コインランドリーの洗濯機のコインボックスを開ければ両替できるでしょうと言ったら、わたしには洗濯機のコインボックスを開ける権限がないから出来ないと言われました。やむなくホームデポまで出かけて行き、サービスカウンターで無理に頼んで残り2ドルをやっと両替した始末。今時ほとんどカード決済が普通で現金を使う事が少ないので余計に小銭は持ち合わせて居ないのは普通ではないだろうか。この対応は非常に不愉快で此処での滞在は2度目はないだろう。ほかのスタッフはまともだっただけに残念。

It was clean and everything was fine except our room was not ready until after 3:30, not the 3:00 check in time and we were in a time crunch to get to a concert and still had to get ready…so it pushed us behind and we had to pay a cancellation fee to reschedule the Uber.

We chose this hotel in pet for the pool. Pool was closed due to high bacteria levels and when we approached front desk staff, they were defensive and invalidating. When we mentioned the television not working due to. Glitchy service, the manager was equally defensive and lied about it being due to the wind and affecting the entire hotel. We had family in other rooms and knew this was not the case. Carpets dirty, moldy vent in bathroom. Overall not returning to the hotel.

The location is challenging at times. I missed the entrance on the first loop and had to take a long turn including a toll on 95. Other than that it's a nice stay.

It was fine, bed was comfy and the room wasn’t too loud with the surrounding area. A little awkward to drive into if you don’t know where you’re going. Walked in and toilet was continuously running so I had to fix the flapper/water level. Issues with the shower either being boiling hot or freezing cold and would randomly loose water pressure. Nightstand next to bed was very sticky and had blue residue like something had been spilled and not cleaned up. Staff was very nice

The indoor pool was not open and that was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel since they have an indoor pool. Now my children are not happy since they cannot go swimming. Then as soon as we arrived the staff first told me my service animal was not allowed in the room due to his breed. I told them that’s discrimination and they called an had my service dog approved from another manager. That should’ve never happened on the first place and I have never had any problems with any other hotel before regarding my service animal.

Everything was as expected except pillows didn’t offer any support. Bedding was very comfortable. Towels also were soft and fluffy. It was very convenient to have microwave, cooler and coffeemaker. Bus 190 to Manhattan was at walking distance, stop next to Home Depot.

Good location but old.
Good: price was great, close to the city (bud was super easy in and out bed was comfy. Gave it the stars because of the price and easy in and out to city and dream works park. Bad: old and smelled. Food was expensive for the breakfast when lots of places give it free. Pool area was small and Hot tub didn’t work. Never said anything about that beforehand. Shower leaked all night and there is Nothing around the hotel without having to drive which is a bit of a pain and it’s tricky to get to. Don’t miss the turn into the hotel or you’ll be driving around a while. Right off the Highway so it’s noisy. I wanted a cheap place with an easy way into the city and this was it. 3.50 each way and dropped you right off and Times Square. So for me it worked but it wasn’t a 4 star hotel.

This was the most difficult hotel to find. The 800 number was unhelpful. I called the number listed on my reservation and they were the most unhelpful and useless people in the entire world. I asked for the direct number to the hotel and they refused to give it to me. I asked a landmark to try and make my experience better and they refused. Wow! I will never use the Expedia to book hotels again!

We stayed here and rode the bus into NYC. The short walk to the bus stop was easy, and the bus schedule was convenient. Getting around in NYC from the transit center was easy.

Unfortunately our first interaction with the front desk was not a positive one. The room wasn’t very clean - bedding was fine but marks on the walls and floors were questionable. The shower had great water pressure which was awesome. The cable wouldn’t let us play majority of channels and they charged my card twice on error which i realized midway through trip and has to be now later fixed. The rest of the staff, cleaning crew included were so helpful and friendly! The beds were very comfy and the little shop downstairs was helpful! Comfy and welcoming seating area in the lobby. Overall stay wasn’t too bad.
