「Loved the property and location. Could walk to lots of restaurants and walk to Costco was only 30 minutes. Walmart is close by as well for shopping. The 5 pools were great and all face the ocean. Easy to get chairs at the pool and there was drink & food service at the pools as well. The only downside if I was to complain about one thing is the annoying super loud music which starts around 5:00 pm and ends around 9:00 pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. 「We have stayed at this property before and really enjoy it because its not too large yet has restaurants and great service. This time we wanted to avoid the all inclusive rate as we intended to take most of our meals off site and so booked this trip through VRBO. Outside of a small departure date mix up which the host handled with us very well, the trip couldn't have been better.」

It was perfect for our family trip since we really took advantage of the resort pool and beach access and it was across the Food Park which is perfect with little ones (lots of delicious options and a little playground). 「Nothing wrong with the property...beautiful facility. Food quality and service were amazing. Drinks were incredibly overpriced ($9 for a boxed water, cocktails too). Overall value was decent, but would likely stay elsewhere if i ever went to mexico again (prices in mexico have significantly increased)」

「We stayed on the 22nd floor and had both sides of the condo available, so tons of room. This floor has been upgraded so it's very new and modern. The huge balcony looks directly at the ocean and Banderas Bay. The location is great and it's an easy walk or Uber to old town. There is an awesome sports bar and a couple of restaurants on site, so if you don't want to leave, you can be entertained right there. 「We went in the summer, super quiet and peaceful and safe. If you like something non commercial this is the place to go. Better if you like animals and speak a little Spanish. And most important bring cash money there are no ATM machines, Lagunita restaurant take credit cards. Very nice place😊」
