The 4 seasons Jakarta was everything and more it described itself to be. The difference in class of a real 5 star verse made up descriptions was clear- possibly one...

"The hotel is very old. Lobby is good, but the room is very old. Enterring to the room has smoke smell. and also electronic curtain didn't work, need to wait for 30 mins and fix another 30 mins in order to move up curtain. faciloty in the room is very old ."
