スタッフがとても親切で、丁寧に行きたい場所の説明をしてくれました。 朝食もオムレツを作ってくれたり、手作りのパウンドケーキおいしかったです。 部屋も綺麗に掃除されていて、使い捨てスリッパもあります。 ぜひ、また、泊まりたいです。

タクシム広場やエアポートバスの発着所からも徒歩10分以内でアクセス良好。室内はとてもセンスが良くナチュラル系。一人旅には充分な広さでした。朝食は別料金でしたが、気さくな女性がオムレツ焼いてくれて大変居心地が良かったです。スタッフは親切に周辺の情報を教えてくれました。また、行きたいです。

滞在前から丁寧で親身なメールのやりとりをしてくださいました。 予定の部屋が早くに空いたようで、早めにチェックインもさせてくださってとても助かりました。滞在日がトルコの祝日とかぶっていたので、お願いしていなかった朝食ビュッフェをサービスしてくれました。小さなビュッフェですが卵を調理してくれたり、きめ細やかでした。 到着後に地図を出しながら行くべき場所や道順を丁寧に説明してくれたので、何の予定も立ててなかったのですが回りやすかったです！ ホテルの前は小さな道ですが、駅まで歩くのも苦じゃないエリアで、タクシムスクエアまで行けばなんでもあります。夜はすごくにぎわってます。徒歩１分で２４ｈ営業のスーパーがあって毎日利用しました。お部屋にミニバーや冷蔵庫はありませんが、共同のキッチンに食器やポット、冷蔵庫も揃えてくれています。 オススメのローカールフードレストランを教えてもらっていきました！メニューを画像で見せながらメモしてくれたり、親切極まりない！食事もおいしかったです。 帰りはタクシーの手配をお願いし、時間通りに呼んでくれて料金の交渉などしてくれました。空港からのタクシーは英語ができたので問題なかったですが、街のタクシーは英語できない人多いみたいで、取り次いでくれて助かりました。タクシーなら、だいたい空港から１h見ていれば十分かなという距離です。 すごく親日で優しい方でした。英語ができないと苦労するかもしれません。お部屋が地下で、窓はありましたが若干ジメジメしていたのが残念かな…。それ以外は完璧、最高のサービスでぜひまた利用したいです！

寝室以外に天窓のある部屋が別にあり、非常に豪華でした。 ホテルの方は英語が通じ、観光先の相談にのってくれるなどすごく親身になってなってくれました。 最終日には雨で傘がなくて困っている私に対し、傘を頂けるなど最後までしっかり対応してくださいました。

旧市街へのアクセスが良く 観光の途中でホテルに戻って少々休憩などするには素晴らしいロケーションです。中心部の割には静かで落ち着来ます。ただブルーモスクのアザーンは覚悟すべきです。早朝から叩き起こされます。最上階のの部屋からの眺めはイスタンブールの下町感がありいい雰囲気です。

地下鉄やバス停まで、歩いて１０分ほどの距離です。イスタンブールの観光にいい場所です。近くにはスーパーもあります。ヨーグルトや果物などを買って冷蔵庫に入れて利用しました。リーズナブルだと思います。

ちょっと奥に入った感じですが、200mくらいなので問題無しです。 部屋も清潔で問題なく泊まれます。 タクシムで1万以下の予算で抑えるには良いホテルだと思います。 時折空いていれば良い部屋にフリーアップグレードしてくれるでしょう。

交通の便がいいタクシム広場に近いロケーション。こじんまりとしたホテルで清潔、居心地もいい。
スタッフも親日家なのか非常に親切。ただ、トルコ政府の問題だが、Wi-Fi環境が不安定で、つながる日とまったく通信速度が遅くてつながらない日があるのは欠点。ホテルスタッフも申し訳なく謝ってくれたが、イスタンブールほどの大都市にしてはお粗末なWi-Fiインフラだと思う。

場所と朝食がイマイチでしたが、そのほかは満点でした。　ひとりではもったいないほどの広さがありました。 タクシム広場から歩いて８分ほど、デコボコの坂道は荷物があればややキツイ。　イスティクラール通りまでは近い。

場所はタクシムスクエアから少し離れた路地なので、初見だと分かりにくい(あと、夜の一人歩きは女性であれば避けた方が良さそう)ですが、何かとホテルの方の対応が親切だったのが印象的でした。部屋もしっかりと手入れが行き届いている感じがしました。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
Very pretty decor. Good bathroom and bed. Good connection to metro. Only problem was that we had the sub basement room and all night there was loud banging and clanging most likely from an electrical box. This should be mentioned or room should have more noise proofing.
