ブルーモスク、アヤソフィア、トプカプ宮殿など主要な観光地に近く、アクセス面で非常に便利。上の階のダブルルームを使用しましたが、清潔で快適に過ごせました。上の階からはマルマラ海が見渡せます。スタッフも優しく、ランドリーサービスは乾燥まで、さらにハマムへの手配もしてくれました。また滞在したいです!

アヤソフィアやブルーモスク等の観光名所の近くですが、実際行ってみてかなり近かった。すぐ近くです。朝食もシンプルですがパンやメロンが美味しかったです。スタッフは口コミ通り感じのいい人でした。

アットホームな居心地のいいホテル☆
ホテルのスタッフの方がいつでも笑顔で対応してくれる。特にマネージャーのEsinさんは日本語しゃべれるから、色々アドバイスをもらえた。 共有の朝食スペースは日が入り、眺めがよく居心地がいい。本を読みながらゆっくりしている人もいた。 ホテルの場所は少しわかりづらいから、慣れない人は事前に空港送迎を頼んだほうがよいかも。 ブルーモスク、レストラン通りから近いため、遅くまで外にいてもok！ 今回、共有のシャワールームを使いました。シャワースペースは狭いが、とても清潔。部屋も可愛らしく、清潔。 こじんまりしたホテルですが、アットホームな居心地のよさを求める人には、ぜひオススメ！！ また次もこちらに泊まりたいと思います！

立地は最高
スタッフの皆さんがとても親切。 宿自体は小さいながらも、朝食の種類が豊富で、見晴らしもよい。 ブルーモスクのすぐ裏にあるので、その周辺を回るのに立地としては最高。

観光スポットが近い
ブルーモスク、アヤソフィアが歩いてすぐです。私は迷いホテルに真っ直ぐ行けなかったので、以下に行き方を記します。参考にしてください。アタテュルク空港から来た場合、トラムのスルタンアフメット駅で降りトラムの進行方向に少し歩いてください。右にブルーモスク、左にアヤソフィアを見ながら公園の敷地を真っ直ぐ歩き、突き当たりの道を右、最初の曲がり角を左、突き当たりを左、最初の曲がり角を右に曲がってください。十字路を１つこえ、建物沿いを右に曲がればホテルです。途中、4～5人の人に声をかけられます。彼らの道案内に間違いは無いようですが、絨毯屋さん等何らかの商売人です。また、チューリップゲストハウスの位置は知らない方が多いと思います。 私は一階の受付裏の6畳位( バスルーム)の部屋に泊まりました。シャワーには仕切り戸があり、トイレと洗面の床が濡れることは無いです。テレビと冷蔵庫はありません。wifiは問題なしです。朝食は最上階の海が少し見える所で取れます。

割高感は否めない
旧市街にあって便利。食堂からのオーシャンビューも素晴らしい。ややお金にがめつい印象はあるが、親切で丁寧な女性経営者もよろしい。しかし、しょせんはゲストハウス。観光客プレミアをつけるにしても、もう少し安く提供しないといけない。

アクセス重視にはおすすめ
トラムの駅からも近く、ブルーモスクやアヤソフィアへも徒歩圏内でアクセス重視にはおすすめです。 ただ、駅から近いとはいえ初めて行く人にとってはすこしわかりづらい場所にあります。 夜でも人通りが多いので一人で歩くにもあまり不安を感じませんでしたが客引きなどにからまれることが多かったのが難点です。 部屋については古くて狭いけど清潔感はあってよかったです。 でもフロントのすぐ上の部屋だったせいか、夜中でも人の話し声が部屋まで 響いてきたり階段での足音がすごく気になりました。

Horrible
The positive thing was the man who greeted me first, that’s it. The woman who runs the place is absolutely unfriendly and unpleasant. I paid almost 20$ to was 2 kilos of clothes and they were smelly because they half dried it. Her answer was that it was my smell and she offered 1$ discount which is a joke. The room is so small that the bathroom door cannot even close. That neighborhood is full of tourist traps and has zero authenticity.

Dear guest,There is a team that comes to our hotel every month to disinfect it. There were no flies in the hotel, but there was sweet food in your room:) and your window was open. Unfortunately, when the window is open, he gets in. We have a document stating that our hotel is disinfected:))))

Sweet place near Aya Sophia
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Tulip Guesthouse. Not only was my room exactly what was advertised, but the hosts, Esin and Ahmed, were very kind and went out of their way to be helpful. The property is close to restaurants, shopping, monuments, and the sea. It couldn't be any better, and I would definitely recommend it!

El lugar no huele bien, colocan una tarifa en la página que incluye desayuno y luego quieren cobrar el desayuno aparte porque dice que es demasiado barato el precio de la página. Le mostré que mi reserva incluía desayuno y me lo quiso cobrar aparte. Como vio mi molestia por su trampa quiso ofrecerme el desayuno y no lo acepté. Es un lugar deshonesto. No lo recomiendo. Lo único bueno es la ubicación. El baño huele mal y no tiene elevador para maletas grandes.

Very Satisfied
I stayed for four nights and was very satisfied with my stay. The room was small but very clean. The hosts were super friendly and helpful and answered every question I had. The location couldn’t have been better, literally 5 minute walk from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque and a street over from stores and restaurants. I would stay again and can recommend this property to any solo tourist or couples who wants a cheap and clean place to stay close to the attractions.

Wonderful location, just steps from the main tourist historical attractions and restaurants. Very helpfull owners and we enjoyed Istanbul and our little hotel.

Boa localização, sono não tranquilo, inflexíveis.
Mantiveram um bom contato, mas fiquei constrangido com o excesso de perguntas por whatsapp. Busquei cancelar ou negociar o segundo quarto que teve desistência fora de prazo e foram inflexíveis e mostraram preocupação demais com meu compromisso de pagar. O quarto era bom, mas o blackout era mais curto que a janela, o ar condicionado direcionado para cima da cama. Dormir não foi o ponto alto. Café da manhã com hora marcada, tira a liberdade e não estava avisado no anúncio. Depois de muitas trocas de mensagem, ao chegar buscamos negociar segundo quarto que teve desistência e foram inflexíveis: o hotel não estava lotado, não gastaram com comida, ar condicionado, limpeza. Poderiam ter demonstrado gentileza neste ponto.

The hosts are so friendly and helpful. Lovely people. Our room was basic , but had everything we needed and was very clean and neat. We highly recommend this guesthouse as a great low budget stay.

Un hotel pequeño, acogedor y familiar, muy limpio, estuvimos una semana y su ubicación es perfecta para caminar a algunas de las principales atracciones turísticas, además, a 5 minutos se puede tomar el tram y a unos 15 minutos también se puede llegar al Metro o el ferri para cruzar a la parte asiática. El staff fue súper amable en todo momento, nos dieron excelentes tips y ayudaban en todo lo que podían.

The location is one of my favourite parts about Istanbul, really quiet but only 5 minutes away from Sultanahmet and Ayasofiya Mosque. The owners are really nice, are always up for a talk. The room (single room in my case) was small, but it was clean and had everything necessary. The bathroom was a bit cold in the morning, but when leaving the bathroom door a bit open it was fine. All in all, it was definitely worth the stay and I will go back to Tulip Guesthouse next time I'm in Istanbul

Very nice and quiet area with many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to places such as Hagia Sofia, Sultanahmet Camii and Topkapi Palace. Nice, clean rooms and the staff were very helpful when we arrived.
