Room is clean, staff are nice, Erdogan helped us to check in, very helpful. We booked without breakfast but they gave us free breakfast coupons. Good location, can walk to few places if you willing to, otherwise the tramway is very convenient.

Wasn’t so much in the old town as I hoped. I know Istanbul is a massive place but had the rip off taxi drivers to deal with everytime I went anywhere. Ended up using uber to get around as more or less a fixed fee. Hotel was very clean but lacked any atmosphere especially in the bar area even during happy hour

I’d a stay in this hotel for two nights, it extends all my expectations: clarity, cleanness, warn personnel too. Room was clean and clear. As to welcome me they offered me a breakfast. I felt no crispations in this hotel, as I used to in much hotels around here in Istanbul. Feel as you like, nobody disturbs you here. Commodities are simple in rooms, the entrance hall is warm with modern design craftsmanship. If you’d like a good expresso you have the cafeteria stick to the hotel, if you’d like to have lunch or dinner for a resonable price, another private restaurant on the other side stick to this hotel they serve local food eating for a resonnable prices, this let you flew the catching tourists restaurants that overwhelm all main streets in Istanbul, and serves you all and nothing for an average amount of 100£$€. I wanted to extend my stay though my girl friend will join me here, but unfortunately full for the dates I selected. I’ll be back sur to this hotel, and Insure it for all my surroundings. Thank you so much.

Personale cordiale e disponibile dall’iniziale contatto in reception proponendo i vari servizi a disposizione . Struttura pulita e curata; la colazione ricca e variegata con specialità locali. Facile raggiungere il centro storico attraverso la linea del tram con fermata proprio davanti l’hotel.

If you want to stay in old stay you should stay in this hotel , location is amazing close to all transportation, very clean , staff are very friendly and helpful especially Youssef. I really recommend this hotel for everyone.

Mi habitación fue muy cómoda, si bien era pequeña, tenía todo lo necesario para hacer de mi estancia algo placentero, me agradó la sensación de limpieza que me dió desde el instante en que entré. El desayuno bufete muy rico, empieza desde las 6-7 am lo cual es excelente si tu día comienza desde muy temprano. Todo el staff del hotel se esmera en hacerte sentir bien durante toda tu estancia lo cual se agradece mucho.

This was the ideal location for us. Easy access to walk to the Grand Bazaar, as well as day-trips pickups for various tours. The staff were amazing. Our sincere thanks for the warm hospitality. Thank you Fatma for the welcome from the very first evening we checked-in, and for your and your team's attention to our needs. Thank you Berna and head chef at the restaurant for making our breakfast each morning so so special that it energized us for the rest of the day! Housekeeping and all other day-time staff at the reception were amazing in giving us hints and tips on navigating the beautiful city. Highly recommend Ramada by Wyndham in Istanbul Old City!

Very nice hotel very friendly staff! We got there early they did early check in and offered complimentary breakfast. The suite was spacious with a nice view. The house keeping staff Safiya was very sweet and very respectful. The room was super sweet the bathroom had everything we needed slippers, robe, loofa and much more. Also we came to our room and had a plate of fruit and the fridge has complimentary drinks

The reception team is very kind and friendly but the staff we see at breakfast is very rude. The breakfast itself is made of poor quality products. Hotel’s location is nice and convenient but front rooms facing the street are not quiet. In fact, you’d hear all the noise from street at night.

We had a great stay at this hotel for 4 days in early November 2023. Very well trained and efficient staff, very helpful in providing us with anything that we asked for. The reception staff guided us so very patiently on how to get ourselves up and about in this great city through the public transport system. Special thanks to Mr. Semih, Mr. Suat, Ms Fatima, Ms Aybala, Ms Berna and of course our superb housekeeper Ms Safiye. We look forward to visiting again and staying at this very location. Great value for money.

Cigrates smoke filled the room and when I complained they said it was from the ventilation system!! it i was like it is what is like it or not " That is what i had to leave within 3 days. I wish I didn't add breakfast, completely wasted money, by the way, if you need egg white or sunny side you have to pay. on the other hand the room service was very nice and a great job by cleaning the room
