駅前の便利でとても良いホテル
ミラノから一泊の小旅行で、インターラーケンへ。インターラーケンウエスト駅の目の前にホテルがあり、立地は最高。夜も静かで、何よりベットが吸い込まれるような作りで、ゆっくりできました。ホテルの方は色々と教えてくれて、インターラーケン内のバス移動の無料券(乗り放題)もくれました。バス停はホテルの目の前。 8月は暑かったですが、快適な場所のホテルでとても良かったです。

交通至便
西駅真ん前と交通至便。ただ山への交通はほとんど東発なので、ホテルがくれた無料バス券での移動か徒歩15分が必要。しかし、東駅近くは町は寂しいので、西駅近くで結局良かった

親切なスタッフ。インターラーケンからユングフラウヨッホまでの行き方を丁寧に教えてくれて、時刻表までくれた。 お風呂が広くて清潔。使いやすい。 駅から徒歩30秒。

駅近で便利
West駅から徒歩1分で便利でした。スーパーも土産物屋なども近く、またEast駅も女性の私の足で20分くらいですからあまり苦ではありませんでした。 部屋は狭いですが寝るには充分。きちんと清潔に保たれています。ちなみに、「日本人だからバスタブ付きの部屋にしたよ」と気遣いもありがたかったです。 朝食は毎日同じメニューでしたがパンが温かくとても美味しかったです。 ユングフラウに行くのにもグリンデルワルド経由、ラウターブルンネン経由どちらも行けるのでいろんな景色が見られますし、拠点をここにしてよかったと思いました。

繁華街にあるWEST駅に近いので便利です。ただ一つ、このホテルの問題ではありませんが、この繁華街の広い一帯は近くの牧場からと思われる牛糞のような匂いがします。

駅まで歩いて１分なので、立地条件は抜群。部屋もきれい。朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、野菜がほとんどないことを除けば一般的な朝食。 部屋が狭くて窮屈だったのが、残念。

【良かった点】 ・Interlaken west駅の目の前。 ・NHKが映ります。 ・朝食は美味しくいただけた。 【悪かった点】 ・シャワーの水圧が弱い。（カランは普通にお湯が出るのだが。） ・セキュリティーボックスが壊れていた。 【備考】 ・駅の目の前なので、電車の音が多少気になる。 ・涼しいため、気にならないが、クーラーは無い。 ・Intrerlaken内で使えるバスの無料チケットを貰えた。（多分他のホテルでも貰えるはず。） ・水道水が飲めるようだ。（飲まなかったが。）

インターラーケン西駅が目の前
駅から非常に近く、交通の便もよかったです。バスのフリーパスがもらえるので、東駅への移動も楽でした。登山鉄道の始発に乗ろうとしたので朝食はいただけませんでした。　ホテルのご主人も気さくな方で、とても快適でした。シャワーも簡素ですが、きれいに掃除されており、不満なく使えました。無線インターネットは優良でしたが、アクセスはスムーズにできました。

こぎれいなホテルです
こじんまりとしたホテルではあるが、こぎれいにしてあり、小さいながらもベランダがあり、夫婦ふたりでゆっくりと過ごせました。駅の近くで便利でした。

We loved our stay at Hotel Bernerhof! It’s conveniently located right next to Interlaken West station, and there are grocery stores and many shops nearby. Breakfast was amazing and staff were friendly and helpful! There was a microwave in the basement which we used a lot :)

We loved our stay at the Hotel Bernerof and would gladly stay here again! It is conveniently located next to Interlaken West train & bus station, with plenty of shops and restaurants around within walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable with a beautiful view from our balcony and plenty of closet space to organise your belongings. Free breakfast is available every morning and the staff are super friendly! It was also a bonus having an EU socket in the room, so we didn't need to buy an adaptor. I highly recommend this hotel & would gladly stay here again in all my visits to Interlaken 😊

这个酒店就在West的对面，走路30秒（过个马路），房间比较小，但是我觉得五脏俱全，我是一个人旅行所以觉得挺好的，还有个小阳台，而且距离一个中餐小馆特别近，吃完了溜达溜达，附近还有个大超市，缺什么了可以去买买~

Amazing place to stay! The location of the hotel is literally in front of Interlaken West station and the front desk takes his time explaining all the details on what to do, where to go and how to get around as part of the check in process. One of the best customer service and experience I had. The hotel provide free breakfast and that helps with saving some money.

The hotel is located near the Interlaken West train station , only takes 5 mins walk . A lot of shops & restaurants nearby , very convenient. The room desk staff Doreen was very helpful & nice . The room was clean & cozy , the bathroom was big , could see its new renovation & modern . The breakfasts were good . I would love to stay here again if I have chance to visit Interlaken again in future. 😊👍

We stayed a total of 4 nights at Hotel Bernerhof. Hotel is 2 minutes away from the train/bus station which is very convenient for travelling around. Hotel staff were very friendly and we're thankful for their hospitality which made our stay in Interlaken very enjoyable. The room is clean and spacious and has a view of the surrounding Alps.

The reception staff member was so warm and welcoming on arrival. He provided us with an Interlaken discount card and maps etc. He arranged taxis and gave us tips about the town. The best in any European hotel we have ever stayed. Breakfast was great. Rooms have been recently renovated and are right on the Main Street and near Interlaken West train station.

The day we arrived we were greeted by a very kind and patient man. He explained to us in detail where we were, what we could do, he showed us the facilities and he was very attentive to making sure we understood everything. The hotel is very comfortable, the room is clean and it has a balcony. The hotel is in front of the Interlaken West station so it was great for us because we got to all the places from there. We loved it and stayed for five days.

Amazing hotel and staff. Everyone was friendly and you can’t beat the location. Right across Interlaken West were you can take the train or buses. The hotel gives you the transportation guest card and explain everything in detail. Will be coming back!
