バスルームのドアをしっかり閉めないと水が溢れる。トイレのドアがないのに少し抵抗があった。ベッドは最高に気持ちよく、ぐっすり休めた。

仁川空港から早いフライトがあったので、前拍に使いました。Expedia 経由で予約、事前にホテルまでの交通手段についてメールがあったのでとても助かりました。空港近くのホテルでしたが、仁川空港自体がとっても広いので、実際にバス移動した距離は意外と長く、これをタクシー移動してたら大変だったろうなと思いました。ホテルのお部屋は、カジュアルでキレイ。歯ブラシ、髭剃りなどのアメニティはありませんでした。でも全体的には、良かったと思います。また早いフライトの際には使いたいと思います。

気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

ホテルは綺麗で空港にも行きやすいです。従業員の男性の態度が非常に悪いです。決して安い料金を払っているわけではないです。返金して欲しいくらい態度が悪かったです。ホテルマンに向いてません。そんなに対応するのがめんどくさいのであればホテルマンではなく違う仕事に就くべきです。

トランジットで一泊の日本人良かった点欧米を意識しているせいか部屋が広い新しいのでとても綺麗この金額で嬉しすぎるフロントで変圧器借りれるフロントの対応が迅速正確第2ターミナルから近くバスで10分無料シャトルバスあり［7:00-20:00］30分おき第2ターミナル1階バス乗り場2A (行けば分かります) その時間以外は循環バスかタクシーペットボトル2本サービス 1階にコンビニある便利イマイチ日本語通じません韓国語か英語トランジットですが旅の最後を気分よく締めくくれました(^^)

施設はキレイで仁川空港から近いし１階にコンビニがあって便利。欠点はスリッパが使い回しで汚い。長い髪が付いていて使用する気にならなかった。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

綺麗な部屋でした。シャンプーとコンディショナーが持参したものよりも良かったのでそちらを使いました。私はペットボトルの水を沢山飲むのでコンビニで買って行きましたが部屋にも数本備え付けがあり助かりました。空港〜ホテル間は無料バスがあり移動が楽です。
