We see you had difficulties with parking, you mention that Waikiki is notorious for the lack of public parking spaces, It is fair that is pretty much any major city either lack of parking or you will have to pay a lot for parking space. While many of our neighboring renovated buildings have added more parking spaces, we are an older building with limited parking spaces. We are working with our neighboring properties for overflow parking because we know that this can be an issue at times, but we are still happy to have an option for those that choose to rent a car. We appreciate your feedback because you will probably help another guest chose to rent a car or take advantage of our public transportation. Mahalo.

Being in the tropics we do sometimes have unwanted pest and we perform monthly routine pest control spraying to try and eliminate them . We have plans in a renovation soon. Aloha ERI, Thank you for your detailed review of the Aqua Aloha Surf. Aloha Surf is not a traditional hotel we are a condotel. All our rooms look different and not brand standard. Many of our return guests book us because of the value and our great guest services! We do have table and chairs upon request with no charge.
