「A lovely gentleman checked us in. Very friendly and personable. We were able to borrow a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.」

「I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was of a nice size and has a 🛁 too. The desk of the room was so spacious you can put all your things and eat and it was in a convenient area, 8min walking to the station, the area is a bit poor itself as it is in ilford but with the Elizabeth line very close to all the major places you want to go to. The staff at check in was friendly, good value for money, i recommend it」
