The West is a great location in the Old Quarter. We have been to Hanoi many times and I think this has been my favorite hotel. Ms. Linh was amazing. She was so helpful with anything we needed and very sweet. She helped us book a trip to Sapa that we really enjoyed. We will definitely be staying at The West again in the future!!
Amazing staff! So friendly and helpful! Great breakfast! Great laundry service.
The toilet would "girgle" off and on and splash water all over the toilet seat.

Small budget hotel but claims to be 4 star ⭐️.

We found the staff very helpful and supportive. They went out of their way to help us when our plane was delayed and to make us feel comfortable during our stay.
