気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス

4日間滞在しました。日本人にはお勧めしません。スタッフがロビーや食堂のソファーが彼らの寝るためのベットになっています。朝食の注文を覚えることが出来ず何度も間違えた食べ物が運ばれてきました。チェックアウト時も、クレジットカード事前清算済みも全額要求されました。女性のスタッフ以外は、教育が必要でしょう。価格以下のホテルです。

1人旅でしたがホテルの雰囲気とスタッフさんがとても親切に対応してくれました。特にBrianが何食べたいか何処行きたいかとっても丁寧に教えてくれます。日本語も上手でnice hotel men でした。朝食のビーフフォーが美味しかったです。オムレツやフォーはオーダーし出来立てを作って持って来てくれます。ホアンキエム湖には徒歩5、6分で行けました。移動はGrabバイクを使うと便利でした。お部屋も清潔感がありバスタブもあるのでお湯も熱いのが出てゆっくりくつろげました。ハロン湾や空港送迎予約も事前にホテルの方とメールでお話し出来てとても助かりました。とっても丁寧です。おすすめです。

ハノイ中心部から徒歩圏内なので便利。フロントスタッフも親切に対応してくれました。部屋の設備は若干古く、部屋も狭いが、この値段にしてはコスパが良いと思います。朝食もおいしかったです。

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

空港からの86番バス径路に近く、旧市街も歩いて10分圏内。コンビニは少し距離があります(5分ほど)。部屋は思ったより広く、清掃もしっかりされていました。連泊時もタオル取り換えなど、当たり前のことをしっかりやってくれていました。ただ、冷房の効きは弱かったです。朝食バイキングは品数こそ多くないものの、宿泊料から見ると十分な内容かと思います。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーで、近くのカフェやレストランを尋ねるとブライアンは片言の日本語(練習中です！とのこと)で地図まで書いて教えてくれました。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりも快く引き受けてくれました。場所柄、朝7時頃より車のクラクション等が聞こえます。が、仕方ないですね。総じてよいホテルだったと思います。ハノイに行くときにはまた泊まりたいです。

バランス良し

コストパフォーマンスが非常に良い。部屋の広さ、水廻りなど特に問題がなく、コンセントが少ないイメージはあった。朝食もついている程度と考えれば特に問題ない。（外で食べた方がいいかも）スタッフは非常にフレンドリーでした。空港まで向かう為にGrabで予約しようとしていたら高速代も含めて同じ料金で送迎してもらいました。

ホアンキエム湖に近く、食事や買い物、マッサージも徒歩圏内に沢山あって便利でした。部屋は広く清潔で、エアコンやお湯の調節も問題なく快適に過ごせました。スタッフの皆さんは評判通り親切でした。特に日本語が話せるビンさんは迅速丁寧に対応してくれました。美味しいお店や観光スポットを沢山教えてくれたお陰でハノイ旅行を満喫できました。

Wi-Fiの電波が弱かった点以外は特に不満はない。ただ、ハノイ自体電波が弱いかもしれない。スタッフの方が親切で、特に困らなかった。部屋も広く、快適に過ごせた。旧市街にあるので、観光には便利な立地だと思う。

設備等だけではなく、ブライアンさんはコミュニケーションが、ジョセフさんは要領が特徴かもしれません。スタッフは顔つきを見ても意識が高そうです。日本人的感覚では、靴べらがないことや、使い古しを感じさせるバスタオルに疑問があるかもしれません。少しの不満なら、伝えても良かったかもしれません。なぜなら彼らなら前向きにとらえそうだからです。では楽しいベトナム旅行を。

レセプションのKathrinが、とっても親切で、おすすめのお店をたくさん教えてくれたり、ツアーのお迎えが遅くなると心配して電話をかけてくれたり。お部屋は清潔で静か。立地も便利。かなりお得な気分です。

とても綺麗でお勧めできますよ。

優しいスタッフのサービスでしたので、リラックス出来ました。ありがとうございました。家族旅行で使いました。ホテル内と部屋はとても綺麗です。朝食は、パン、サラダ、惣菜に加え、フラッシュジュース、ヨーグルト、プリンなどもあります。もちろん、注文可能なホットミールも充実してましたので満足です！敢えて言えば、サラダがもう少し充実していると嬉しかったです。また、ハノイに行く機会があれば使いたいと思います。

ちょっと古さを感じる室内でしたが、清潔にされていて、スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。部屋も最上階のちょっとしたバルコニーが付いた広い部屋でした。スタッフの方は、英語でにこやかに話しかけてくれ(私が英語出来ないので、分かりませんでしたが)ました。不便だったのは、部屋が１１階の最上階だったのですが、エレベーターは何故か１０階までしかなく、チェックアウト時キャリーバックを運ぶのが大変でした。あと、室内のテーブルに湯沸し器が置いてあるもののコンセントが洗面所とベットサイドしかなくて、不便でした。

建物の古さはありますが、清潔にされていてサービスも笑顔でいろいろと気を使って下さるので、快適に過ごせます。食事も毎日違う料理で楽しめました。帰る時もタクシーが出るまで玄関で皆さんで見送ってくださり、本当にお世話になりました。またハノイ行くときには必ず泊まりたいと思います。

GREAT!!!

今回が２回目の宿泊でした。前回もそうですが、スタッフみんな対応がとても良く、色んなことに対応して頂き快適に過ごせました。ハノイに来るときはまたここに泊まろうと思っています。

素晴らしいホテルです。立地も問題なく部屋も清潔。今回はトリプルルームに泊まりましたがバスタブもついていました。フロントスタッフも親切な方ばかりで、どんな質問も笑顔で答えてくれます。 2泊しましたが朝食は日ごとにメニューが変わり、とても美味しかったです。

最高のホスピタリティ

ホアンキエム湖まで歩いて3分ほどのミニホテルが多い場所にあり立地は抜群です。スタッフも非常にフレンドリーで、ウェルカムドリンクとフルーツも嬉しかったです。部屋は清潔かつ機能的で快適に過ごすことができます。一つ部屋の設備に不備がありクレームをつけたこともありましたが、最後はそれを補って余りあるホスピタリティに感激しました。日頃から多くのホテルに泊まりますが、これまでに例を見ないサービスの良さでした！また利用したいと思います。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

バスタブは有るが三分の一も温かいお湯が貯められない。よって使えない。ホットシャワーの能力が低すぎる。冬なので寒かった。暖房の効きもイマイチ。朝方に換気口からなのか油臭い朝食の匂いが漂ってくる。４時ぐらいの早朝なので迷惑だ。場所的には静かではない場所だがこれは何処でも仕方ないかもしれない。防音はそれほど強くは無い。朝食付きよりも外で楽しんだほうが良いだろう。これで9.5の評価だから評価を信じられない。5000円の価値は無いだろう。６か７が限度。スタッフの対応は素晴らしい。
