「Quiet area. Comfy bed. Downside: Spa bath was disgusting. Jets need to be cleaned out pumping gunk into the water. BBQ plate rusted and not able to cook on it.」

「Gympie has always been Bogan City and it was interesting that after 20 years since my last stay, nothing has changed except for the creation of another bogan generation. Gympie is over represented in utes and pickups. The bigger the pickup, clearly in my mind is the diminished size of that persons manhood. The utes and pickups are belching, noisy, are constantly laying down rubber and it appears they must display multiple aerial's and beer decals along the sides. It also appears nobody walks...

「We spent two nights at Kookaburra Cabin. It's a nice space with privacy and our own grassy area bordered by lovely tall Gum trees and rainforest. The cabin had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the colored lights in the ceiling and some other quirky touches. The bed was comfortable (nice linen sheets). The outside drop-loo was novel and worked well. Great bush views from the loo! Cesar and Eva were really welcoming and told us all about what to do around there. We went for a...

「So so beautiful. Sitting out on the deck overlooking the dam with ducks, fish and turtles. So relaxing and only a short drive into Gympie where we found the most incredible antique and homeware shop. Plenty of fire wood to keep the cabin warm on chilly nights. Magic place. Thank you Nina 」
