Good place to stay while attending a concert at the near by Guangzhou Sports Arena. Free shuttle bus to venue and 15 minute walk back. Staff nice and friendly and free cookies! Would stay again.

Nice staffs & Enjoyed Korean food there!
They have such a beautiful huge park in front!! So I walked every night after dinner. The best thing for me was they have Korean food at the restaurant. They will bring the Korean menu with pictures if you ask. Also amazingly the breakfast had Korean soup with rice, which is most of Korean's favorite and easy breakfast. I loved it. All staffs I talked were nice, kind and great. Wish I knew the staff's name who helped me to have Korean food on the second floor(Chinese restaurant) for my coworker who wanted Chinese food. The kitchen for Korean food was 1st floor but he walked all the way for us! Even twice! How nice he is! This hotel was perfect for everything, only except for the distance from the Canton Fair venue, the bus that was shaking hard and slow wifi. But next trip to Guangzhou, would like to stay again for the good things!

역시 힐튼계열 호텔 답게 조식도 맛있고 좋았습니다. 출장이라 그 지역에 묵어야 해서 어쩔 수 없었지만 시내에서는 좀 떨어져 있어 접근성이 좋은 편은 아닙니다.

El hotel es precioso, moderno y con buenas instalaciones, lo malo es que su ubicación está muy lejos de todo, pero te dan el servicio de autobús hacia la feria de Cantón, y también otro más pequeño para ir a la zona comercial. Tuve problemas con el wifi, no tuve durante toda mi estancia de una semana, a pesar de que me pusieron un router en la habitación.

Far from central area & poor room service
Hotel did not give a room despite asking me to wait for 1 your upon arrival at the lobby. I had to chase them for the room and the situation was mitigated by giving me a coffee voucher at the lobby bar. Room service was below par as many items were sold out when I called to order on multiple occasions. The last straw was when I ordered Classic French Toast but was given 2 pieces of white and wholemeal bread was orange jam for spread! And the order took 30 minutes to arrive for such a simply fulfilled order. However I did not protest at my server as I was rushing for time to catch the train to HK but I was furious that this was the standard given to me by a hotel in the Hilton chain. Frankly, it was unacceptable.

Value for Money
Overall value for money. Airport Shuttle Service was good and reliable ! There is shuttle bus that bring guest to nearby shopping complex and train or rail system though it can be frustrating - the bus didn’t turn up as schedule. Can do more thorough cleaning of toilet and shower areas- stain were present.
