Not the best staff try hard
The room stunk like smoke soon as we walked in. Nothing like the photo on Hotel.com. Warn down and old looking. One advantage not to be totally negative was the location was great. Besides a good shopping centre for all Mahony brands
Oh don’t get the breakfast package you better off eating from the street than what they provide

We always encourage our residents to bring their concern to the Duty Manager at the time when the issue arises. The purpose is to ensure that his/her concerns are addressed promptly with the objective of making his/her stay with us a pleasant one. In this instance, the management of the property was unaware of the incident and is very sorry to learn that you were left with an unpleasant experience.

Once again, we apologize that we were unable to make you feel more at home and comfortable. We would have loved to be able to address your concerns while you were here and had the chance to make your stay more pleasant. Do not pay extra for third person!!! I booked a room for three, with breakfast, Ascott says that breakfast is only for two. Room was not ready when my mom arrived. To be fair the manager offered a late check out.

Nice hotel apartment, facing a fancy mall

Ascott에 숙박할때마다 기분좋은 적이 별로 없음
brand image 에 비해 staff들의 training 이 전혀 안되어 있고,
hotel 도 아니고, residense라고 하기에도 뭐한 그저그런 돈값못하는 곳임.
