午前中の到着にもかかわらず掃除が終わった後すぐに部屋に入れてもらえたし、ベランダからの景色は最高でした。駅のすぐ裏なのでどこへ行くのも便利でした。ただ一つ、使用したタオルを掛けたままにしてた為交換されてませんでした。丸めて置いてないから、とﾊｳｽｷｰﾊﾟｰに言われました。シーツ交換は毎日ではないようでした。お湯をもらいに行ったらポットを貸してくれました。スタッフは皆さん笑顔でたいおうしてくれてよかったです。

駅からすぐ！家庭的。

駅からすぐ！スーツケースがある時は少し回るが、リュックだけならホテル前の細い階段を上がればホーム。オーナーご夫婦とそのお母さんぽい方の３人しか見かけなかった。家庭的な雰囲気。ホットミールは茹で卵だけだが、ハム、チーズ、各種パン、ヨーグルト、ミックスフルーツ、シリアル、ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶などの朝食付き。クロワッサンが美味しかった。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれる。湯沸かしポットや冷蔵庫、冷房設備はない。エレベーター内に部屋での調理禁止の張り紙あり。 1階レストランから出られるテラスにソファがあり、スイスらしい山の風景を満喫できる。テラスに出るドアに鍵がかかっていれば、オーナーに言えば開けてくれる。 wifiは、繋がりにくい。シティビューの部屋だと前のホテルのテラスから丸見え。それが嫌な方はマウンテンビューにした方がいいかも。

アイガーの眺めが最高清潔な部屋、バスルームも使いやすい駅の近くでとても便利スタッフがみんな感じが良かった隣に銀行でATMがあった

駅から近くて便利

駅のすぐ裏にありどこに行くにも便利でした。スーパーも歩いて3分。フロントの人も親切で、お湯が欲しいと言ったら電機湯沸かし器を貸してくれました。部屋わ清潔でよかったです。

親切な対応

オーナーのおじさんが優しく笑顔でいつも対応してくださり嬉しかったです。案内も日本語で書いてあり親切です。駅からすぐのところでスーパーやレストラン、日本語観光案内所もすぐ近くにあるのでとても便利でした。

値段もそこそこで、従業員の態度もよく、朝食時にはアイガーもみえてよかつたのですが、部屋が全体に傾いており、歩くと振動しました。

マウンテンビューの眺めは最高

マウンテンビューの部屋からはアイガーが目の前で、麓の家も他のホテルと異なり道路を隔てずすぐ目の前、登山列車も見え眺めは最高。シングルだったので、部屋自体は狭く、リュックの置き場にも苦労した｡またライトが少なく薄暗い。ただ朝食会場は予想より明るくアイガーも目の前、種類もスイスのホテルとしては標準以上で満足。オーナーもフレンドリー。全体としてはコストパフォーマンスに優れている。

The rooms were small, bathroom was also small but manageable compared to the price that we paid. The breakfast was good. Best part is that the station and restaurants are just outside the hotel. Prime location. Friendly staff. The rooms could be made better, there were spider webs at some corner.

Good Budget Hotel

The owner manager is a fine industrious busy guy who made sure everything is perfect. However, there is a part of the hotel which is off limits to guests, this is the common balcony with seating facing the Mt Eiger - this is the one you see in the ad of Hotels.com. I asked the manager, but he made excuses. I guess the real reason is they dont have extra help to clean the area, but then they use it as part of hotel ad campaign. I understand eco friendliness concern but then the towels are so thin already and beat up, there's not much soap provided either. I tried to ask but did not get any. Well I'm not a difficult person, I can ignore those since hotel rate is in the budget.

The owner was wonderful, kind, and very helpful with our stay. Our room was cleaned up every day and the hotel was conveniently located by the train station and walking distance to all restaurants and stores. Our room had a slight odor but the windows opened wide and you could not smell it like that. No refrigerator in the rooms which wasn’t our favorite but the hotel was definitely worth the price and had a beautiful balcony to enjoy the mountains from.

Hotel Bel-Air Eden was a fantastic choice for my stay in Grindelwald. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking mountain view from my room, creating a memorable experience. The staff (or possibly owners) were incredibly helpful, adding a personal touch to the service. The breakfast options were diverse and delicious, setting the right tone for each day. Its close proximity to Grindelwald train station made traveling hassle-free. The hotel's abundance of tourist information was a great help for planning excursions. Moreover, my room was always clean and well-kept. Overall, I had a wonderful time at Hotel Bel-Air Eden and highly recommend it for a memorable Swiss Alps experience.

가성비 좋은 호텔을 찾는다면!

역에서 가까웠어요 큰 여행가방 끌고 가까워서 얼마나 편했던지! 제가 묵었던 방은 더블침대과 이층침대가 있었어요 여자 둘이 짐을 펼쳐놓고 마음대로 속옷빨래도 널어 놓을만큼 넓어서 행운이었어요 샤워실도 욕조가 있었구요 아쉬웠던 점은 호텔로 일찍 쉬러 들어왔을때 소음이 있었어요 옆에 공사중이었거든요 전망이 좋은 창인데 앞으로 건물이 들어서면 가릴러같아요 아쉬워요 베란다도 없었습니다 아이거산을 바라보며 커피 한 잔하는 여유는 다른 카페에서 해야했죠 그러나 가격 생각하면 훌륭했습니다 만족합니다 아침식사도 간단하지만 따뜻한 우유와 커피가 아주 좋았어요

Hotel com bom preço para a região. Principais pontos positivos foram a limpeza, hospitalidade, a proximidade à estação de trem e o café da manhã. O café da manhã se inicia às 06:30, o que foi bem conveniente, e é bem completo em opções (pães, croissants, frutas, cereais, queijos, iogurtes, sucos, geleias, leite e café). Único ponto negativo é que o prédio não é novo

Great hotel in Grindelwald! The owners (who run the hotel) made us feel at home. The hotel is convenient as it was near shops, restaurants, and across the train station. The view from our balcony was breathtaking!

I picked this property because it was a fair price and in a great location. My expectations were not high, but I was pleasantly impressed with how clean and well run this Hotel was. All of the staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, breakfast was simple, but good - better than I'd get at higher star US Hotels. The location is a stone's throw from the train station with plenty of places to shop and eat all around. If you're looking for a luxury Hotel to spend the week in your room this is not your place, but why would you do that? In this area get out and enjoy everything, then come back and get a good nights sleep and repeat. I'll be back for sure.

Great hotel for the price with a stunning view

One minute walk to the train station. Opted for the mountain view, and it was well worth it. Breakfast was only okay. Service was great. Amazing, friendly owners. The room was a bit dated, which I can careless being a solo male traveler. Town is easily walkable from Bel-Air Eden. Great hotel for the price.

부족한 거 하나 없이 너무 좋았어요, 특히 위치, 뷰, 청결도가 최고예요. 테라스 있는 1인실이었고 전기포트 없는데 요청하면 빌려주세요. 기차 플랫폼까지 1분 안 걸려요. 14분에 캐리어 끌고 방에서 나와 리셉션에서 결제하고 달려서 18분 기차 탔어요. 굳이 아쉬운 점을 꼽는다면 조식에 채소가 없다는 것, 이불이 너무 무겁다는 것?

Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel

Vom Morgen früh bis am Abend spät ist das Hotelier-Paar im Einsatz. Dieses Engagement hat uns SEHR beeindruckt. Das Hotel selber ist bereits etwas älter, aber wie beschrieben, mit sehr viel Herzblut geführt. Das Auto konnten wir (nach Vorankündigung) im nahen Sportzentrum in der Tiefgarage (auf hoteleigenen, grosszügigen Plätzen) abstellen. Zu Fuss ist man in 5 Minuten bei den Bussen, die einen zu den Skistationen führen. Wer lieber zum Terminal marschiert, erreicht dieses in 15 min. Wir haben unseren spontanen Kurztrip SEHR genossen und empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter.

Great Value for Money

Excellent location by the train station, with very friendly welcome, great breakfast, and comfy beds. Yes, the decor is old fashioned (or call it retro?), but this served us perfectly as a base for our skiing holiday.

Lovely hotel

Lovely small hotel. Spacious room, comfortable bed, plenty hot water. The location is perfect, just next to the train station, very suitable for skiers. And all this at the lowest price in the center of Grindelwald. I would totally recommend the hotel.

Perfect for hiking in the Oberland

Excellent hotel for the budget concious travelled. Peter (the owner) was super helpful in the run up to our arrival and makes everyone feel very welcome. The breakfast is top notch and really sets you up for a long day in the mountains. Also, the location is perfect - 2mins from the station!
