「Overall, the property worked for our needs. The address listed is actually to the rental property office, but the exact house. So it’s a bit farther out of downtown than it seems, but we had a car and it seemed public transport was close by. Showers are quite small, but normal for Europe. Beds are very firm,but fine for a short trip. Kitchen has basic essentials. We had to wash some of the bedding when we arrived on two beds as they smelled used and sweaty. 「The photos of the property do not do it justice. It is FANTASTIC. We celebrated my 60th birthday with a trip to our beloved Grindelwald. My 86 year old dad traveled with us. We got a hotel by the train station (the Derby) at which we've enjoyed staying on previous trips. He would not have handled the 45 steps to Chalet M very well. 「We enjoyed our stay at this property! The unit was cozy, clean, & well furnished - it had lovely warm home vibes & breathtaking views of the Eiger just out on the front patio. The unit is conveniently located near Grindelwald Terminal (train station & Eiger Express) & a 1-2 minute walk to local bus routes 21 & 23 to get you to the heart of town, so it's very accessible if you're traveling on public transportation systems. 「The property was in a location close to Grindewald Terminal train station and Grindewald Gund bus stop. The chalet was well maintained and had beautiful views of the mountains. It was away from the "main" street of downtown Grindewald which provided a quiet neighborhood without all the hustle and bustle. The property owner was quick to respond with a couple of needs we had. It was overall an excellent experience.」

「Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍」

「初めてのシャレー経験は快適でした。毎日アイガーを眺めて過ごせて大変良かったです。食器や食器洗い洗剤、電子レンジもあり、事前にわかってたらもう少し持参品を工夫できたのにと思いました。(滞在中電子レンジは新しいのに取り替えていただきました。) 記載されていた空港無料送迎は駅無料送迎の間違いでした(当然でしょうが)。 朝食は大変美味しく大満足でした。 大人数の時はぜひまた滞在したいです。」
