El lugar es aceptable, es un hotel viejo pero bien cuidado. La ubicación es buena y el trato bastante correcto. Bien relación calidad/precio

Litt slitt hotell med en ypperlig beliggenhet

Koselig sted, med svømmebasseng. Fin beliggenhet ved en rolig strand. Ett stykke inn til ett hektisk sentrum. Gammelt, men ganske rent og en meget enkel frokost. Kort vei til havnen der båtene går fra.

Close to everything and yet Private and quiet

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The girls were very welcoming and friendly. Close to the port, beach, shops and restaurants..yet our motel was quiet and private. Only problem was the wifi which they are hoping will be fixed soon by the phone company. We spent a lot of time at the Yialou bar next door.

Vi trivdes alldeles utmärkt där! Frukost med utsikt över strand och hav! 2 Mysiga roliga systrar som drev hotellet. Skulle absolut åka tillbaka :)

Bien placé mais vieillissant

hotel bien placé mais l accueil est à revoir : aucune explication, chambre vieillotte et peu confortable. Beaucoup de jeunes gens venus faire la fête et qui font beaucoup de bruit la nuit !

Et dejligt sted.

Vi blev godt modtaget. Turen fra receptionen er en sti med blomster - et smukt syn. Værelserne var ok - tv og air condition. Daglig rengøring. Vores værter var imødekommende og venlige. Adgang til stranden var formidabel - ca 20 meter. Og et fanstisk vue fra morgenmaden - vand, sand og bjergene omkring havnen. Alt i alt et dejligt sted.

Great location. The sisters were brill. Shower left a lot to be desired. No WiFi.

Not recommended

Aircon only working when inside the room. Dirty and small bathroom. Shower was flooding. Helpful cleaning lady. Good location, on the beach. Loud rooms, could hear other guest _easily_.

Buen hotel para pasar unos días

Es un hotel básico, ubicado cerca del puerto de Ios y a escasos metros de la playa de Gialos, la entrada casi toca la arena. Ideal para turismo familiar ya que la zona de fiesta está en la otra playa(Mylopotas), en la que se encuentra el Far Out. Para ir a la ciudad(Chora) a Mylopotas o a otras playas tan solo tienes que andar un poco hasta el puerto(está muy cerca). La conexión wifi era algo pobre, la relación calidad-precio es buena. Estuvimos a gusto, así que recomendado. El restaurante más cercano dirección al puerto se come muy bien. El siguiente ya es más caro y una pequeña ración con la que ni comes ni cenas te cuesta más de 10€

Perfekt beligenhed

Dejlige værelser med udsigt. God morgenmad med hjemmelavet sandkage. 2 søde damer gav os god service

Good location but....

The location by the port is very convenient and the beach right in front is shallow but good to swim and relax at with water sports on offer. With buses to Mylopotas not far away you can stay away or get involved, the choice is yours. A number of restaurants and cafes are nearby at the port with ATM as well. The rooms are basic but at the lower end of the price bracket so probably fair. The bathroom was a bit of a let qdown. Too small for 4 people, the hot water splutters occasionally if run for too long and you have to hold the shower head as there's no fitting. The sisters that run the place are characters, there customer service leaves a bit to be desired.

Quite, peaceful and beautiful

it is very close to the ferry port.. convenient for a quite trip and you literally cross the road and onto the beach. There is a beautiful little restaurant next door and a mini market next to that.. the beach benches are 5EUR.. the cheapest we found.. All the people we met around that area were super sweet and extremely kind.. the bus stop is conveniently located by the port, a few mins walk from the hotel which will take u up to the city or other beaches.. if you want a calm and relaxing spot.. Mare Monte is the place to be. Oh! and i have to mention that the hotel owners are SUPER sweet with their beautiful little dog Bella :)

Close to port but in poor condition

Nice and close to the port.Toilet seat broken, no tv remote, and no one available at 10pm to assist. Not a bad stay but don't expect too much!

Ios pensione

Cute little place. Ask for a room overlooking the pool with balcony and a/c. Fun lady runs the place, next door to a cool bar that serves freshly grilled fish and Greek salad with local cheese.

Nära hamnen

Detta hotell ligger väldigt nära hamnen och precis vid Yialos strand. Dock ligger det inte alls nära Ios chora som vi fick information om. För att komma dit måste man gå i ca en kvart i trappor. Hotellet drivs av 2 äldre kvinnor som inte är ett dugg service minded. Första natten fick vi bo i ett näst intill vidrigt rum. Balkongen var täckt med smuts och damm, badrummet hade inget varmvatten, konstant stopp i toaletten och dåligt ljus. När vi påpekade att det inte fanns något varmvatten fick vi svaret: "I don't believe you!". Jaha? Detta skulle då åtgärdas vilket det dock inte gjorde. Andra natten fick vi bytt till ett annat rum som var något fräschare. Attityden hos de här kvinnorna var riktigt dålig och jag rekommenderar inte hotellet till någon. Visst, det var billigt men vi bodde mycket fräschare för mindre pengar på andra ställen.

Close to beach

The hotel is close to the port and next to the beach. Friendly staff. Bus every 30 mins to the town or you can walk but it is up hill. Cafe/bars either side of the hotel open from 10 am to 4 in the morning.
