「スタッフのサービスが何より良かったです」

「Todo muy bien salvo el checkin online. La pagina desastrosa, tuve que llenar el formulario 7 veces hasta que por fin funcionó, cada vez que terminaba me regresaba al inicio. Igual la comunicación, hablaban de instrucciones por email que solo enviaron después de llamarles un par de veces. El hotel muy bien localizado y las instalaciones muy bien salvo la chapa de la puerta, para cerrar la puerta al salir del cuarto era necesario cada vez poner la clave. Me gustó, ojalá mejoren donde fallaron...

「駅の近くで中心街に便利。駐車場無料。外観はどんな汚いところだろうと思いましたが、部屋は古いが清潔感はありましたし、スペースを十分ありました。」

「We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The onsite restaurant is very good and reasonably priced, the bar is nice to hang out in the evening. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. The staff were helpful. I would happily stay here again. Also the location is ideal for reaching different parts of the city 」

「Temassız giriş sorunsuzdu. Kölne ulaşım trenle çok kolaydı (20dk) istasyona yakın bir konumu vardı. Çevrede yemek yiyebilecek yerler de vardı. İçerisi çok temizdi. Isınma problemi yoktu. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldım herkese tavsiye ederim」

「古くエレベーターがないペンションタイプなので、普通のホテルを望む方には不向き。逆に立地、部屋の広さ、朝食は良い。」

「Wir waren schon oft Gäste und kommen immer gern wieder. 」

「+reasonable roice, old but well cleaned room -The building was closed in the evening when we arrived and took time to find out we have to check in at another hotel beside. The hotel wasn't sure the price and I had to explain the price showing my confirmation, it took kind of long time to get payment done.」

「Sehr saubere Zimmer, die Außenfassade und die Rezeption könnte man nochmal überdenken.」

「Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Berlin super und mit den Öffentlichen sehr gut zu erreichen.」

「You get what you pay for regarding quality. However, safe, clean, nice staff, easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again if needed an early flight. 」

「Hemos venido a conocer Núremberg y su ambiente navideño y nos ha encantado! Pension im bett está a cinco minutos andando del metro y la línea te lleva directamente al centro en menos de 10 minutos. La estancia ha sido muy buena, todo muy limpio y camas muy cómodas. ¡Estamos muy contentas!」

「Schönes und gerade renoviertes Zimmer. Das Bad ist auch ok, müsste aber mal renoviert werden. Das Personal war sehr feundlich. 」

「Rundum zufrieden! Super Lage!!! Sehr freundliches Personal, das Essen schmeckt einwandfrei, lediglich bei der Menge des Frühstücks habe ich 2 Brötchen je Erwachsenen doch etwas wenig empfunden....da ist noch Luft nach oben 」
