素晴らしい立地とスタッフの対応
クラシックシングルルームに宿泊。部屋からは残念ながら見えなかったが,大噴水に近い絶好の立地。近隣にお店やレストランも数多くある。ホテルの前からトラムやバスが出るので移動も便利。Aiguille du Midiのケーブルカーに乗るため,シャモニー行きのバスチケット売り場に行くと,ケーブルカーは止まっていると素っ気ない返事。ホテルに戻りコンシェルジュに尋ねたら,確認してくれて,中腹までは動いている事,シャモニーの街自体も素晴らしいこと,登坂予定日がジュネーブの休日で市内観光ができないことなど,ツアーにした場合の損得勘定まで,丁寧に教えてくれた。おかげで素晴らしいシャモニーツアーが出来た。部屋は清潔で奇麗。朝食つきにしたが,食事は大変美味しい。浴室は清潔であるが,バスタブはない。歯ブラシが用意されていないので,近所のスーパーで購入した。シャンプーやドライヤーは準備されている。WiFiが使えるので便利。持ち歩き用にスマホを用意してくれているので,地図が必要なし。フィットネスルームが朝から夜まで使えて,軽食や飲料水が用意されているのも良かった。

We had a nice time in Geneva and this hotel is well situated by lots of shopping and walkable to most things you want to do in Geneva. Hotel check in was easy and checkout too. I would only say that the hotel probably needs to invest in upgrading its rooms, wasn’t quite 5 stars, but close, just a bit dated for my taste. But for price point I think most people will find it fair.

Great location, roof top terrace very nice but food offerings rather limited. Breakfast varied and plentiful.

Could be Better
Hotel has lots of potential. Shower was not draining water and we had to end up wiping the "lots" of water twice. We did let the hotel know the first time but they did not fixed and next morning same thing happened. No discount nor any amenity was offered due to the inconvenient. Breakfast could be much better for $42 per person, very basic buffet.
