数日滞在するならとくにとてもお勧めします
このホテルの中では一番低価格な部屋だったので期待してなかったが、窓から公園やジュネーブの街並み、レマン湖やアルプスの山並みも眺められてよかった。 キッチン付きで、外食代が高価なジュネーブに滞在するにはとても助かります。

７階の眺めのいい部屋でテラスがありとても素敵だった。 目の前は緑いっぱいの広場で、そこに歴史的な雰囲気の建物(なんだかは不明)があり、左手にはレマン湖が見えて、レマン湖の噴水もちょっと見えました。右手は山が見えて、本当に良い景色。 スタッフもとても感じの良い人達ばかりだった。 早めについてしまって、チェックインまで荷物を預けて外に散策にいくつもりだったが、掃除がもう終わっているとのことで、すぐにチェックインしていただき、長旅で疲れていたので助かりました。 宿泊初日に、アスパラガスのスープを無料で頂けた。とてもおいしかった。写真まで撮っていただき、すぐにメールで送ってもらい、良い思い出になりました。 また泊まりたいです。

設備は少し古いですが、ロケーションやスタッフの対応が良く、ジュネーヴではリーズナブルな価格なのでしょう。毎日、ロビーに用意してくれるジュースが、ユニークでとてもおいしく、楽しかった。設備は古いが、温かいサービスが期待できます。

ホテル相場の高いジュネーブの中では広さの割にはお得感があると思います。 今回は3名1室だったのでこのアパートにして余計に良かったと思います。 ホテルは長距離バスターミナルの前ですのでバス利用の方には便利です。鉄道駅へも徒歩10分位です。

仕事での滞在ならば文句はありません。サービスが入らないので、プライベート使用では是非があるかも。

長期滞在には最適（ただし自炊が面倒でない人）
外見は地味なホテルですが、室内は広くゆったりとしています。設備もほぼ満足でした。バスタブもあり、ゆっくりお風呂につかることが出来ました。なお、コーヒーメーカーはプロ使用？の感じで、使い方がよく分からず、結局使いませんでしたが、自炊用の食器などは充実しており、オーブンレンジも重宝しました。 一点、残念だったのは、部屋の掃除が宿泊日数で決められており、８泊以上は一週間に一度でした。また、タオルなどはフロントに持参して、新しいものに変えるシステムでしたので若干戸惑いました。

長期滞在には最適
駅に近くて交通至便。部屋は広くて、それなりに清潔。なんといっても、電子レンジを完備したキッチンがついているのが素晴らしい。外食が高いので、近くのスーパーで食材や冷凍食品を購入して朝、夕と食べてました。１０日間泊まって、ハウスクリーニングが入ったのが１回だけでしたが、かえってその方が気を遣わなくてよかったです。裏側はやや怪しげとされている界隈ですが、あまり気になりませんでした。カードキーがないとエレベーターも操作できないので、セキュリティはしっかりしてます。

一泊ではもったいなかったです。
部屋は広く清潔で快適でした。バスタブがないのが残念なのと、 部屋のドアを開けたらすぐに階段があり、スーツケースを上げないといけないのが大変でした。リクエストできるなら次回は階段のない部屋を取りたいです。

フロントの方やスタッフの方の対応はとても丁寧だったので満足です。 入り口の表示がなく、ホテル名も異なっていたので、非常に分かりづらかったです。 また、周辺は大変物騒で通れない雰囲気です。 女性の一人宿泊はご検討ください。

電子レンジや食器が完備されているし部屋は比較的広く長期滞在には快適。ベッドメイクや清掃は週一回しか入らないがタオル交換はスタッフに言えばちゃんと対応してくれます。

駅からも近く観光の拠点としても便利なホテル
Geneveの駅（コルナヴァン駅）から徒歩で５分くらいのところにあり、湖とホテル前の公園を目印に行けばわかりやすいところにあります。ホテルから徒歩１，２分のところにコンビニのようなところもありますし、駅前にはＭＩＧＲＯ（スーパー）もあり、また、近くにはレストランも豊富にありますので、食事には困りませんでした。元はアパートだったところをホテルに改装したところのようで、比較的大きな冷蔵庫とキッチンや鍋、お皿なども用意してありますので、スーパーで食材を購入し、簡単な料理をすることも可能です。 部屋はきれいに清掃がいきわたっており、設備も古くはありません。ただ、私の部屋だけだったのかもしれませんが、テレビが写らなかったです。さほど気にならなかったので、そのままにしておきましたが。Wi-Fiについては、受付でIDとpasswordを発行してもらい、部屋でもすぐにWi-Fiが使えて非常に重宝しました。 Geneve駅からも近いですし、オプショナルツアーの発着場にも近いですし、湖までも徒歩数分、旧市街地にも徒歩１５分くらいで行けますので、ビジネスとしても観光としても最適なホテルです。 治安は一本奥に入ると、日中から女性が客待ちしている場所もありますが、このホテルの周りではさほど気にはなりませんでした。前に公園、隣に立体駐車場があり、夜でも人がおり、怖い思いはしなかったです。 朝食はオプションで選べますが、価格の割りにあまり良くなかったように見受けられ、利用している方は少なかったです。近くのカフェで取るかスーパーで購入するか、または食材を調達して食べるほうが良さそうです。他の欧州の都市と同様、Geneveも物価が高いので、これくらいなものかもしれませんが。

Location Location Location, great 3 star aparthotel with everything you need, I was a solo traveler and the room was very comfortable for me and included all the amenities that I needed. It was clean, the shower pressure is strong and hot water is plenty, nice and quick check in, I received a transportation pass with my stay which is very convenient and saves money since bus and train tickets are not cheap. I stayed for 4 days and I really liked the area, very lively with many things to do, 3 minutes walk to the main train station, many restaurants and cafe, grocery stores, gym etc. nearby. It is close to the "red light district" but whoever lived or visited Geneva before knows that its very small and not dangerous/sketchy like big cities' cliche ed light districts so don't worry, on the contrary, it is part of the charm of that area.

Loved this place, amazing views, easy to get everywhere. Loved that you get free pass for the bus,trams and the water boats in Geneva. If you need it or just want to do something different. I would highly recommend this place to stay. Only thing it was hot in the room at all times couldn’t find aircon so left the balcony door open at night. Staff was wonderful and helpful. We had an awesome time can’t wait to come back.

Great Duplex room for families, with balcony.
Great location and excellent duplex with 3 double beds, 2 bathrooms, balcony and 2 mini kitchens - perfect for our family of four with teenagers! walking distance to everything and great view from balcony. The road outside is busy as its a city and the windows are not double glazed .

Great staff who were able to arrange early check in, cool spiral staircase and balcony with amazing lake and Geneva city views. The room was a bit warm and cooling didn’t seem to work as well as the heating so I simply opened the balcony door. Affordable wit great cafes over the road and around the corner.

We decided to get the room option with a balcony and I HIGHLY recommend. We had a lovely view of the city and Lake Geneva from our room, with nice outdoor furniture as well. It was interesting to have the staircase inside our room, but we enjoyed it. The area was great and walkable and the staff were kind and attentive.

Parfait petit appartement pour séjourner à Genève et visiter son centre-ville et les abords du Lac Léman. Le personnel est très courtois et les lieux sont très propres et bien équipés. L’espace est limité et la climatisation n’est pas puissante, mais c’est ainsi partout en Suisse.

GREAT location! Tour bus operators were 1 block away; the train station was a short walk and a short walk to the water. The front desk staff were AMAZING. They were so helpful with recommendations and everything. HIGHLY recommend this place.

Sleepless nights due to broken bed.

Go elsewhere, very poor.
Do better, stay elsewhere, poor hotel with poor housekeeping. Great location as shown on line. Unfortunately hotel room did not live up to marketing photos. 7th floor room, so had to lug 2 large travel cases up a spiral staircase to reach room. Front desk did assist with 1. Literally nowhere to open, store then use contents of cases, however cobbled together a table & 2 chairs into a bench, which left nowhere to sit & eat. Floors filthy as evident by dirt washing off our feet when in the shower. Room 712 also included free spider webs above door to balcony, and in several locations above the television. Aircon desperately needs an upgrade, barely enough cold air to keep temp below 30 degrees C at 3am, made for a couple of very uncomfortable nights. After first night went looking for housekeeping to see when room was to be refreshed. Bumped into a team only to be told “no no no, housekeeping only after 5 days.” After a difficult translation from French to English I did manage a new set of towels, which felt like a major victory.
