Check inn was good, dinner great, room nice however due to room location once I’d gone to bed the team decided to have dinner at the table directly adjacent to my room so it was very noisy also the check out lady refused to believe that we’d prepaid for our rooms & insisted we pay again despite email evidence form Expedia, she was also extremely rude & deliberately unhelpful.

"It did not cater for people who have problems walking our room was miles away and we had to change rooms which should have been at extra cost. We had a double bed and a single duvet. The girl on reception was bet pleasant and helpful."
