素敵なプチホテルで美しい内装や美味しい朝食、ホテルのスタッフの応対全て良かったです。 あえて気になるのはバスルームの下水からくる臭いがキツかったです。

フィレンツェは二度目、日本

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
ホテル内に漂う雰囲気がゆったりと心地よく、ロビーでかけられている音楽もフレグランスも上質な時間を味あわせてくれます。便利な立地にありながら喧騒とは無縁でしたし、朝食は美味しく、スタッフは大変親切でした。 部屋のコンセントが少なく充電に使えるのは洗面所の一カ所だけでしたが、それは問題にならないくらい居心地のよい滞在でした。 またフィレンツェに行く機会があれば利用したいです。

立地は良いけれど
毎回インターホンを押してゲートを開けてもらう必要があります。部屋は予想以上に年季が入っていて、ベッドは小さく枕カバーは汚れていて、動線が悪くて使いづ楽コンセントも全然ありません。駅からも7分程度という立地の良さと、お部屋のテラスだけは良かったです。スタッフは親切です。

Good hotel with very kind staff
This hotel is close to the central station. Maybe in the first time, everyone will be confused with how to enter the hotel since wee need to ring the bell. The reception staffs are very kind to help their guest (at least I think in that way).

天井画が素敵でした
駅近で、観光スポット徒歩圏でした。部屋は広く、天井画が素晴らしかったのですが、外を見渡せる窓がありませんでした。部屋は薄ら寒く、暖房のスイッチを入れても効きませんでした。朝食はよかったです。

名物マスターを始めとするスタッフ全員のホスピタリティが最高のホテル
駅近＆ドゥオモにと近く非常に便利な場所。 素晴らしい点は室内やロビーが綺麗である上に、オーナー？らしき男性の徹底されたホスピタリティです。笑顔で真摯に宿泊客に向き合ってくれます。普通は面倒臭がる書類のプリントアウトも嫌な顔せず対応して頂きました。再訪したいホテルです。

「また帰ってきたい」と思わせるホテル
家族経営のホテルらしく、部屋だけでなくレセプションルームや廊下にいたるまで、しつらえ(家具や花、朝食の器なども含め）に目配りが行き届いており、ホテルでありながら、どこかの家に滞在しているような温かさがある。スタッフの対応にも同様のことがいえる。 中央駅からも近く、どの観光スポットに行くにも便利。 立地がよいわりには、とても静かなところも好ましい。

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the fresco on the ceiling of the room. Hotel is conveniently located between train station and all the Florence attractions. Walked everywhere we wanted to go.

El personal muy amable. Es una casa antigua muy acogedora, muy cerca de la estacion de tren y de autobuses extraurbanos y muy cerca caminando del centro histórico. Teniendo en cuenta que Florencia es una ciudad cara, el precio de la habitación es correcto.

The hotel is very nice and upon entering you feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the staff is attentive and wants to make you feel welcome. The rooms are small but this is to be expected in Italy. The only issue I had was the strange layout of the bathroom. The toilet was in the shower, which is something I've never experienced before. I know the room is small but this could have been planned a little better. There is a bidet which is outside the shower and would have made more sense to swap places with the toilet. Also, the light switch for the bathroom was across from the door hidden under the hair dryer. Other than those minor flaws the hotel was great. It is close to the train station and the duomo, so getting where you want to go is easy. I would definitely recommend the Hotel Burchianti

As a woman travelling alone, I felt super safe at Hotel Burchianti. The staff were so friendly and made me feel at ease. They also let me leave my bags at the hotel after I checked out which meant I was able to visit one more museum before my flight home. The hotel is in a brilliant location. Generally Firenze is very walkable and, although the hotel appears in the corner of the city, it's just minutes from most major locations. It's also a few minutes walk from Unita tram stop which has direct trains to the airport. So the location is great for all needs. I only mark down due to the tired room. The bathroom needs a bit of love, especially the leaky tap. The room was basic but I feel this is reflected in the price. If the hotel is able to renovate the room a little then this would be a 5* review and I think hugely elevate the overall experience. That said, though, I'd certainly recommend Hotel Burchianti. Thank you for a lovely stay. I'm missing Florence immensley!

The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. It is located between the Duomo and the train station. The staff is super friendly and the rooms are very clean and pretty. Also, since it’s next to the Duomo you can find many food options open late nearby. I will most likely stay here in any future trips to Florence.

The property is very old, pool facilities, good location though. They only have one physical key, and you have to lock using the physical key whether you are inside or go outside, bed sheet does not look that clean, I would not stay here again

Very nice and safe hotel for female solo traveller. Very helpful staff and clean room! Walking distance to all the attractions. The building is quite hard to find as there's no sign at the entrance. There's also a convenient store rigtht next to the entrance of the building!

This was a great hotel, we loved the painting on the ceiling of our room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the train station. Had a long, wonderful conversation with the manager the day we left while resting after a walk and waiting to walk to the train. Talked about everything local and global both serious and light. One of the highlights of our trip to Italy. Thank you.

Wonderful property , friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location but close to everything. I found the hotel by using maps but when you arrive there is not a traditional hotel sign, instead a plaque on the wall with a buzzer. They will let you in and you go upstairs to check in.

Book this hotel.
The hotel was absolutely amazing. You felt like you were back in time. Private, quaint, and not a chain hotel. The location was ideal for seeing the dome and other major sites. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Probably one of the prettiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The original hand and painted ceiling was just breathtaking. Stay here. You won’t regret it
