親切な対応

入り口が分からず心配でしたが電話で即対応頂きました。駅からの距離、部屋も充分広くて快適でした。朝食は素晴らしい。時間の無理を聞いて頂きまた荷物も預かって頂き感謝です。是非お勧め致します。

Espectacular alojamiento, empezando por el trato de las dos personas que lo regentan, todo amabilidad y sinpatia, el desayuno que te llevan a la habitacion que es buenisimo, siguiendo por la ubicacion, al lado de la estacion de Santa Maria Novella, con todo accesible caminando, muchas opciones de restaurantes para comer...si vuelvo a Florencia repetiré sin dudarlo

easy walk to/from the train station. great clean and quiet room. able to control the air as needed and breakfast was great! they let us check in early and store our luggage for a few hours the day we checked out.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay. Spacious room. Spacious bathroom with all amenities. Very good breakfast served in the room. Close to train station. Easy checkin process. Loved everything about this property

Excellently maintained with personal touch to everything. From the point of booking till end of our stay the owner was found superb. Very conveniently located from train station and all local attractions highly recommended.

Comfy and clean

Very convenient location near train, tram and bus stops and right in the middle of town. Cute decor, nice linens, extremely clean and comfy bed. Small but perfect for a quick trip. Breakfast was much more than expected too.

This was a great B&B. Very beautiful, clean room; also quite a large room for Italy, and very quiet. Proximity to the train station was a big part of why we chose this property and it was excellent to be so close. However you give up proximity to the main centre (10min walk) which when it is so hot out may be a consideration. All said it was wonderful and the breakfast was beyond generous.

The Kingsman was one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed in. The bathroom and bedroom were sparkling. I booked it last minute due to missing a train and they were prompt with making contact (via whats app) and I was able to check in. Breakfast was tasty and was delivered at the time I had requested. We will be back! Super near the train station too!

Meglio non potevano trovare Vicino stazione Staff gentilissimo, venuto incontro a tutte le esigenze, stanza pulita, non mancava nulla, pantofole, lametta uomo, ect... Colazione ottima in camera, dolce e salato straordinario, lasciato bagagli fino sera con carta di cortesia, davvero ottimo

I was contacted the day we arrived except I hadn’t turn on my international phone plan yet. So when we arrived, no one was there. Definitely had some difficulty. Would have been nice to receive an email days before. Nice big room/bathroom. Hot water always lasted for showers. Close to the train station. While everything seemed fairly clean, the one thing I noticed was a small stain on our towels.

비추.....

아 ~ 이곳 결론부터 말하면 비추입니다~ 성수기 살짝 피해서 피렌체 기차역 근처로 위치만 보고 잡긴 했지만 이런 경험은 처음이네요.. 체크인하러 저녁 7시 반쯤 도착했는데 (오후 8시쯤 도착한다고 연락도 했었음) 데스크에는 아무도 없고 cctv로 보고 있었는지 기계음으로 본인 하고 싶은 말만 하는데 잘 알아 들을수도 없고 아무튼 현관 이용하는 방법부터 전부 몇번 왔다갔다 스스로 터특하고 룸에 갔더니 오마갓!! 복층이네요 복층은 처음이었는데 이게 은근 불편불편 했어요 수건도 환경을 생각해서 이틀에 한번 갈아준다고는 하는데 그것까지는 좋았어요..빨래하다 걸리면 무시무시한 벌금을 물리겠다고 협박 메시지가 화장실에 똭!!! 천장엔 거미님들도 살고 계시고 3박 하는동안 데스크에 사람 있는건 보지도 못했어요~~(무인운영하나? 했네요~~) 아침 식사주는것만 맘에 들고 나머지는 다 별로 였네요.. 뭐 금액 생각하면 너무 많은걸 바라지는 않지만 처음부터 나올때까지 여긴 별로다 라는 생각밖에는 없었네요 위치는 나름 괜찮긴 했어요. 이것보다 조금 더 저렴하게 예약한 로마와 베네치아(메스트레)지역에 비교하면 가성비가 많이 떨어졌네요...

The host took the initiative to contact me a day before so that I could get the key right after I arrived at the bnb. Clean and cozy room with impressive breakfast! Definitely a good place to stay in Florence!
