扉の開け閉めが煩くて眠れない。設備は古く無く、場所も良いが扉の開閉が相当大きな音なのでチェックイン時とチェックアウト時の際には騒音状態になる。

街中で落ち着いたホテル

地下鉄の駅から近く、さらにショッピングにもレストラン街にも近く、とても立地が良かたです。しかしケーニヒスアレーの中とは思えないように雰囲気は落ち着いていて、ゆったりと過ごすことができました。ドイツのホテルにありがちな水周りの悪さもなく、よかったです。

デュッセルドルフのゴージャスなホテル

エクスペディアにおける評価が高いので宿泊しました。今回は出張でなく観光でしたが、部屋が広く、朝食ビュッフェがおいしいインターコンチネンタルデュッセルドルフで大いにリフレッシュできました。特にお勧めは朝食ビュッフェで、料理数が多く、さらにシャンパンもいただくことが出来ました。

お奨めホテル

５星のホテルですからまったく問題は無いです。ライン川に近く、この周辺でお食事等される方は便利かと思います。また高級店街の一角にあります。

Good Location in Dusseldorf

K-Allee is in front of the hotel and Alt Stadt are so close, just 10min wallking. Everything was good but an iron in my room was not steam one. This was not convenient for me.

お値段の割に...

便利な場所にあるホテルでした。部屋内装は高級感がありましたが、壁が薄く、隣の部屋が扉をあけるたびに部屋が揺れたり、隣の部屋のテレビの音が聞こえたりし、快適とは言い難い印象です（お値段の割には。。。）。常にいくつかの展示会やレセプションが行われており、ホテル全体もザワザワした感じでした。

すばらしいホテルであったが、就寝前の部屋の掃除がなかった。５つ星ホテルの場合就寝前の部屋の掃除が基本であるが、こちらは実施されない。またホテルの壁が薄いのか、隣や上下階のドアの音が異常にうるさく感じた。

ホテルスタッフの方々は、皆さん感じが良く、親切でした。日本人の宿泊客は比較的多かったと思います。ホテルの場所は、ケーニヒスアレーの端ですが、特に不便さはなく、むしろ、静かで落ち着きました。

特に良かった点は部屋の清潔感と広さです。連続８泊しましたので毎日のベッドメイクや清掃さは重要な要素です。　コンシェルジェの対応も良くプロですね！また英語でコミュニケイトできるのも安心です。朝食もおいしくまた並べてある食べ物のトレイがつねにきれいになっており、気持ち良いものでした。中央駅へもタクシーはもちろん、徒歩でも15分ですから不便さは感じません。無料wifiの速度が上がればさらに良いと思います。次回も利用したいです。

立地・ホテルの品質申し分なし

初めて滞在しましたが、商談先へのアクセスもさることながら、旧市街や、ショッピングストリートへも徒歩圏で大変便利なロケーションです。また、ホテルの清潔でフロントスタッフのサービスも行き届いていました。ドアマンの対応が少し残念でしたが、総合的には非常に満足しました。また、利用したいと思います。

全てにおいてパーフェクト

今回は3回目の滞在です。こちらに泊まったら、デュッセルドルフ滞在はインターコンチネンタルホテル以外考えられなくなってしまいます。ちょっぴり高いかな、、と最初は考えましたが行くたびにやはりここ！と思います。Wi-Fiもフリーになり、ベッドも水まわりも申し分なしです。

これからの常宿に

初めての滞在でしたが、部屋もモダンで清潔、スタッフの対応も良かったです。前半3日間の私が宿泊した部屋がたまたまエアコンの調子が悪くかったようで、2日目の夜に、修理に時間を要するので別の部屋を用意する旨のフロントからのレターが入っていましたが、特に気にならなかったこともありそのまま使用しました。チェックアウトの際に、フロントから丁重なお詫びがあり、その後イタリアから戻って再び滞在すると、お詫びにとエグゼクティブクラスの部屋ととラウンジでの朝食が用意されていました。次回からこのホテルを常宿にしようと思いました。

Great hotel!!

Great room, great service!! The hotel is located very convinient area. You can take a subway from 2 blocks away from the hotel and the shopping area is just cross the road . If I go to Dusseldorf again, i will stay the same hotel!! ホテルの部屋は、モダンで清潔、言うことなし。素晴らしいサービスで、不快に感じたことは全くありませんでした。コンサルジュのサービスも素晴らしい！本当にこのホテルにして良かった。 +ショッピングエリアや地下鉄もすぐそこです。

This was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want to eat and not have to cook for yourself. I had a cheese omelette and a plate of fresh fruits and an oatmilk hot chocolate. The artwork was exquisite. I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful hotel with excellent restaurant. Very upscale clean and modern. Bed was comfortable, and you are right off Königstraße eith access to shops and a short walk to the altstadt. For those who enjoy fashion and a high end experience would recommend this hotel. Worth the price. Very friendly staff as well.

Centrally located very efficient reception and concierge staff ,good breakfast offer. Atrium style hotel and rooms looking onto courtyard of offices its better to draw curtains as bathroom and bedroom allow being overlooked. Bathroom is neither soundproofed or private. Good shower. Typical early 2000 Americanische architecture.
