■良かった点・ミネラルウォーターが一人一本（500ml？）無料だった（初日だけ）・朝食が種類豊富・バスタブが深い・シャワーじゃない方の水圧がスゴいのですぐに湯が溜められる（シャワーの水圧はやや弱め）・スリッパがあった ■悪かった点・2泊目、3泊目のミネラルウォーターがなかった・ティッシュペーパーがない・朝食のレストランを仕切っている？おばちゃんがパン切り包丁を床に落として拭きもせずにそのまままな板に戻していた、、、（ありえない！）・朝食は種類豊富だが毎日同じなので少し飽きる

安心感

初めてクロアチアに来たのでいきなりsobeやapartmanに宿泊するのは抵抗がありました。ここはそういう旅行者にも受け入れやすいホテルだと思いました。割安なプランだったので部屋からの景色は楽しめませんでしたが、事前に海側の部屋を確保するチャンスはあると思います。

価格的にしょうがないのかも

予約する時にだいぶ迷ったが悪い予感の方が的中してしまった。ドボルヴニック的には交通の便はまずまずだが、いかんせん従業員の態度が悪すぎるし、朝食もまずい。三つ星ということでしょうがないとも思うが、ホテルの前には堂々と四つ星の表示がある。海の見える道路に面した方が該当するのかもしれないが、腑に落ちない。

素晴らしいホテル

旧市街まのピレ門まではバスで１５分くらいで、バス停はホテルから徒歩３分くらいのところにあり、便利なホテルです。お部屋も広くスタッフも親切でした。日本人も多く見かけました。プールもあって楽しい滞在でした。

旧市街まで少し歩くけど、快適なリゾートホテル

旧市街まで20分歩くので、帰りは少し疲れる。ホテルは立派で大きなプールもある。朝食ルームも広く、ゆったりと使えるし、メニューも豊富。すぐ近くに良いレストランがある。

大型ホテル

旧市街から少し離れているホテルです。徒歩でも２０分ぐらいですが、なだらかな坂道です。バス停から徒歩３分ぐらいです。長距離バスターミナルまでも乗り換えなしで行けます。部屋は広くバスタブありです。朝食は品数が豊富でおいしかったです。

スタッフも親切、丁寧。部屋も綺麗＆清潔ファシリティーもしっかりついていて良かったです。朝食もすばらしかったです。滞在が１日だけなのが残念でした。

旧市街まで車で５分程度の快適ホテルです。駐車場もたくさんあり、レンタカー旅行者にはありがたいです。ホテル施設はきれいで子連れでも安心して泊まれます

ビーチ沿いではないが、ドブロブニクのコスパの高いホテル。窓から海が見える。バスですぐ旧市街にも行ける。部屋は清潔で、スタッフの対応もグッド。

夏のドゥブロブニクは全体的に高いですが、、、

夏に3泊泊まりました。夏のドゥブロブニクは、どこのホテルも全体的に高いです。このホテルも変わらず高いですが、ホテルのクオリティと価格が合っていないと思います。部屋はシャワーだけで、掃除もあまり行き届いていないです。シャンプーやシャワージェルは、掃除の時に補充してくれることは1回もありませんでした。フロントに言えば持ってきてくれますが、毎日言うのはちょっと気が引ける感じになります。また部屋全体がカビ臭く、冷房の利きもあまりよくなく、音もうるさいです。一方で、朝食はとても充実しています。座席も多く、料理の補充も頻繁にしています。味もとても美味しかったです。あまり長期に滞在しないのであれば良いと思います。

旧市街から徒歩20分くらいです。次ドブロブニクに行くことがあれば、もう少し旧市街に近いホテルにしたいなと思います。旧市街とホテルを行ったり来たりするのは不便です。バスタブはなくシャワールームのみ。帰りは空港まで275クーナで送迎してくれました。

Staff were extremely pleasant, friendly and very helpful. The food that i ate was very well presented with an excellent variety. I never had a bad meal. Cleanliness of the room and communal areas was also very good.

Nice and clean hotel. A nice 20 minute walk from the old town and a nice breakfast. We enjoyed our stay. I was just disappointed by the lack of regard for gold status and the fact the spa facilities were shut. I did not know this before booking.

두브로브니크 멋진곳~~

호텔은 바다가 보이는 곳에 위치해있고 시설도 괜찮습니다.주차도 용이하고 조식 뷔폐도 양호합니다. 올드타운과는 거리가 1.5km정도 떨어져 있어 걸어가면 20여분이라 걸어다닐만 합니다. 다음에 이곳에 또 온다면 다시 이용할 계획입ㄴ지다.

Hotel Lero is a 4 star property close to Dubrovnik City Centre. The hotel is very contemporary. The check-in experience was warm and welcoming. Our Superior Double Room was very clean and in excellent condition. It was also very quiet and there wasn't much noise anywhere around us. It was our special occasion and the team recognised it and put small gestures in the room which was very lovely. The breakfast the next morning was good. Staff were friendly and I particularly liked the sausages. Only criticism was that the coffee didn't taste very nice. The checkout was excellent too. Reception staff were friendly and they checked if we had enjoyed our stay and received the extra amenities they put in our room. The hotel was busy and the car park was full so we had to park on the street. It was free between 10pm and 6am. We paid the fee on the website suggested on the sign. It was 70c an hour, which wasn't bad. All in all, we enjoyed the short visit at this hotel. And I would happily recommend it to anyone visits Dubrovnik and seeks a nice and quiet hotel to stay in.
