快適な滞在

前回ドブロクニクに旅行した時にも宿泊しました。ホテルのスタッフがとても丁寧、親切で滞在中ずっと快適に過ごせました。ただフィットネス施設の器具は、もう少し充実させていただきたいです。

Bit pricey for normal Japanese ppl but worth it. Very clean inside pool and you can dive into the beautiful sea which belongs to the hotel with restaurant.

コロナの影響で朝食ビュッフェがオーダー式になっていたのが残念でしたが、種類も多くとても美味しかったので結果としては大満足です。部屋はとても清潔で食事も美味しく、プールも広くて最高の滞在になりました。

無料でお部屋のアップグレードをしてくださり、とても広くて素敵なお部屋でした。テラスからの景色も最高でした。入浴するとバスルームの流し台の配管から悪臭がしてこもって臭かったです。スタッフの対応もよく総合的とても満足した滞在でした。

I appreciate upgradeing to jounior suite. It was sooooo nice room! This hotel is next to Banje beach, so I can enjoy both private beach and Banje beach easily. And I also enjoyed hotel restaurant Proto, It was special experience. Watching sunset, hearing waves sound, we enjoyed tasty seafood.Breakfast was also tasty and good scenery.

旧市街までも近く、歩いて行ける距離で、スタッフも皆フレンドリー。拙い英語でのコミュニケーションでしたがタクシーの予約やレストランの予約などいつも快く対応してくれました。部屋はアップグレードでバルコニー付きの部屋にしてもらえました！清潔で広さも十分、朝も夜もバルコニーから旧市街とアドリア海を眺められて幸せでした。最終日はホテルの岩場の上のレストランを予約しましたが味もとても美味しく、サンセットを眺めながら素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。一人1万円前後で少し高めですがとてもおすすめです。

こちらの不手際で、よくよく確認もせず、クラシックルームを予約しました。お部屋は海側でしたが、窓は一部しか開かず、海と旧市街がほんの少しだけ見える程度でした。せっかくドゥブロヴニクに来て良いホテルに泊まれたので、もう少し海が見える部屋に出来ないかフロントにお願いしたところ、二泊のうち最後の一泊だけ、なんと海も旧市街も全部見え、おまけにバルコニーまでついたスイートルームに変えていただいてしまいました。。！！かなり広いお部屋で、２部屋もあり、窓もたくさん、そしてお風呂はジェットバスでした…！正直、海が見えればこんなに良いお部屋でなくても良かったのですが、こちらのわがままにもかかわらずこんなに良いお部屋を替えで用意してくださったホテルにとても感謝しています。朝食も美味しく、スタッフの方も皆優しく、とても景色も綺麗でとても良い滞在になりました。本当にありがとうございました！

ドゥブロヴニクの旧市街がホテル内、テラス、ビーチなどから本当にきれいに見えます。金曜日の夜は花火も上がりました。従業員の方々の対応も文句なし、レストランSENSUSのお料理も最高で、本当にこのホテルにしてよかったと思いました。

ロケーション抜群です

2泊したがロケーションも良く旧市街にも徒歩で行け快適だった。ただ、季節柄何度も部屋でシャワーを浴びたのでバスローブも滞在日ごとに変えて頂けると清潔感があってもっと良かったと思う。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

景色は良いですが水捌けが悪い

旧市街から6～7分歩きますが、途中の道のりも景色が良く、苦になりません。少し高くなりますが、ドブロブニク旧市街を望む部屋を頼むこともできますし、バーからの景色は最高です。ただ、シャワーの水捌けが悪く、こまめに止めなくては溢れてしまうため、真夏以外は寒いと思います。また、3人で泊まったのですが、カップやグラスが二人分しかなく、２日連続フロントに持ってきてくれるよう頼みました。三泊目にチップを添えて、３人分置いてくれるよう頼んだら持ってきてくれるようになりました。サービスと設備は星3つ、ロケーションと内装、アメニティ(ロクシタン)は星5つという感じです。

いまいちなホテル

ツインベッドで予約したのにも関わらずシングルベッドの部屋に入れられた。またバスローブを入れ忘れており持ってくるよう頼んだが２度目でやっと持ってきた。風呂はシャワーのみで扉が３分の１ほど覆われていないのでかなり気を使いながら入らないといけない。フロントの態度、部屋からの景色も最悪でした。スーツケースを置くための台もありません。とても5つ星ホテルとは思えないホテルでした。

窓辺から見える城壁の景色が綺麗なホテル

10月に妻と2人で２泊させていただきました。海沿いの部屋を確保しましたが、窓からは旧市街地が見えて、朝日に映える風景がとてもきれいでした。目の前の海もとても透明度が高く、夏場の海水浴には最高だと思います。レストランやバーもあって、ホテルでゆっくり過ごしたい人にはオススメです。今回は、旧市街地のレストランやバーに出かけましたが、次回はホテルの中でのんびりと過ごしたいと思います。アドリア海の真珠を堪能できるホテルだと思います。

立地よし、部屋は場所次第でベランダが快適かは決まります

立地は最高だし、サービス、施設も最高クラス、レストランは利用しなかったがきっと良いと思う。旧館（？）のベランダ付きの部屋だったが一番旧市街寄りだったため、木が邪魔で半分景観がみえなかったのが残念。ベッドルームからは道路まるみえだし。それよりもベランダが鳥の糞だらけになってしまうのだけはいただけなかった。あと、コンセントの電圧が何故か低くて、スマフォがなかなか充電されなかった。

過度な期待は禁物

各著名人が泊まる老舗の五ツ星ホテルだと聞いていたので楽しみにしていました。しかし、ホテルロビー到着時から何だか異質な空気。スタッフはカウンターに案内するでもなく立っているだけ。チェックイン手続きの際も笑顔はなく歓迎感がまったくないのだ。さらにシービューで予約した部屋に案内されると、旧市街とは正反対の向きで海もほとんど見えず、窓の4分の3を雑木林が占めていました。極めつきは部屋の窓の辺りにコウモリの死骸が落ちてました。朝食ビュッフェの味はも決して褒められたものではなく、一泊6万円以上払ってコレか…とガッカリ。あまり悪いことを言って旅の思い出を汚したくはないですが、次はもうないですね。

観光に利便性の高いホテル

初めてのドブロブニクで3泊しました。旧市街までゆっくり歩いて10分と観光にも便利でした。スタッフも親切で快適にすごせました。

good location easy access to the old town.

very good location with great views from the clean room. One disappointment was it was too noisy in the night during our stay since hotel organized parties with laud dancing music till late night. we could not sleep well.

Nice view from the terrace

The hotel is modern style and the room is clean and comfortable. Our room was located on the 0 floor, and outside the terrace, there is a walk through path from the kitchen to the restaurant terrace tables. Until midnight, for some function I guess, the noise of the trolleys annoyed us coming and going along the path so often, which was the only thing we are disappointed at the hotel. This should have been notified with the room description at the booking page.

The place to stay while visiting Dubrovnik without a doubt! Reserved on-site parking. Short walk to Old Town. Awesome private waterfront!!! Super customer service. Beautiful immaculately clean property with very friendly professional staff always ready to assist with a smile. I just can't say enough good things about this property, I will be back and can't wait to return next year!

Excellent location and superb views from our room. The room was perhaps closed during the winter period and had not been aired. Therefore had dust, my husband has severe dust allergy and really suffered the 3 nights. In addition the AC was not working so we had to be given a fan. For which the hotel kindly refunded one nights stay. This is a leading hotel and they need to ensure that rooms are functioning well and are clean, Dust free and that basics of cooling is working fine. We gave detailed feedback and they were receptive which was great.
