建物の番号注意
まずこのホテルは1から11まであり、場所がバラバラに点在するにもかかわらず、何番に予約になっているのかがわからないという点が問題です。空港からタクシーに乗って、「ゴールデンサンズに行ってくれ」と頼むと、「何番なのか」と聞かれて困った。予約詳細にも全く明記がなく、タクシーの運転手にその中の一つに寄ってもらい、レシェプションで聞いて初めて何番に予約になったのかがわかった。 朝食はプールサイドのオープンエアで気持ちよくいただけた。しかし、コーヒーお代わりを取りに行く少しの時間にハトがテーブルの上に上がり、食べ物をつついてきます。せっかくロケーションがあるのにハトが邪魔をして台無しでした。

家族5人で二泊利用した。一部屋で十分だった。バスルームも二つあり、ベッドも満足。キッチンもあって、長期滞在にも向いている。また利用したい。

スタッフの対応もよく、部屋も清潔で広く過ごしやすかった。今回は二度目の利用だが、また次回家族で利用したい。

暮らせるホテル
元々深夜チェックインの予定で、寝るだけだから低料金を重視して、このホテルを利用しましたが、飛行機がなんと５時間遅れ、朝７時３０分のチェックインとなりました。フロントで説明したところ、期待したレイトチェックアウトの配慮も、お気の毒にと言う態度は一切なく、きっちり１２時にチェックアウトしました。部屋は、とても広くキッチンと洗濯機、バルコニーがついており、スィートといえる領域で大満足でした。この料金なら、コスパは非常に高いと思います。空港からタクシーで行きましたが、長期滞在者用のアパートメントが隣接しており、ホテルフロントと別になっていますので、注意が必要です。建物の斜め前にはスーパーがありますが、他にはなにもありません。移動はタクシーが主となるでしょう。

あくまで「中東のホテル」としての評価です
Expediaで航空券とセットで宿泊したので、実際の宿泊費が見えにくいけど、 一泊3,000～4,000えんだっただろう、と見積もれば、コスト・パフォーマンスはとても高いホテルだと思います。 Expediaに記載されている内容で、「これは違った!」というところがありました↓ ★「客室のアメニティ」内の「有線高速インターネット」 ↑ 私が止まった部屋には、確かに有線でネットが引かれていましたが、無線LAN機器が繋がれ、 部屋の中でWi-Fiが使えるようになっていました。（「ホテルでWi-Fi」機器を持って行ったのに...） 日本国内、ドバイの公衆Wi-Fiのどこでもそうかもしれませんが、接続はできるけど、速度自体は 遅い、という感じでした。 ノートPCを持って行って、有線LANを使いたい、ということであれば、無線LAN機器に繋がれている LANケーブルをこっそり外し、持参したLANケーブルをPCに繋ぐという荒業はできると思います。 （無線LANに繋がっているLANケーブルは短いので、もし上記どおりの使用をするなら、 長めのLANケーブルを持っていくほうがよいです） ★「受付デスクは、バール ジュマン ショッピング センター後方のゴールデン サンズ 3 にあります。 お部屋は 3 棟の建物 (所在地 : ゴールデン サンズ 3 番、5 番、10 番) に分かれており、メインの受付および地下鉄駅から徒歩ですぐです。」 ↑ まず、受付デスクは、宿泊先のホテルごとにある模様です。今回、Expediaで予約後、不安だったので、 事前にホテルに問い合わせたところ、泊まることになっていたのが「5」で、受付デスクも「5」だ、という回答でした。 それと、「3」「5」「10」とも、「メインの受付および地下鉄駅から徒歩ですぐ」という表記がありますが、 少なくとも「3」「5」は、最寄りのメトロ（地下鉄駅）までは、徒歩で15分は見たほうがいいです。 スーツケースを引っ張っていくには、かなり覚悟が必要な距離です。 注意点として、チェックアウト当日に、一旦、朝食などのために部屋に出てしまうと、カードキーのシステムが 「チェックアウトしたものだ」と認識してしまい、カードキーが無効化されてしまう（＝部屋に入れない）ようです。 受付に降りて、カードを再度有効化してもらえますが、少し面倒でした。 宿泊した「5」に関しては、廊下で話す人の声が部屋の中でも聞こえてきてしまう、時々、車のクラクションが 遠くから聞こえてくる程度の騒音がありましたが、神経質すぎる人でなければ、気にならないレベルです。 テレビはありますが、映るのはアラブ語で放送されるものばかりでした。（時間帯によってはCNNの英語ニュースが 見られるかも） カーテンは、なぜか窓全体を覆うものではなく、真ん中部分がぽっかりと覆われず、光が入ってきてしまいます。 泊まった部屋は日当たりがいいわけではなかったので、明るすぎて起きちゃう!というほどではありませんでしたが...。 上記の通り、一部、記載されている内容と多少の違いはありますが、泊まる分には問題もありませんでした。

暮らすように過ごせました。
まず、部屋がとても広く快適です。親子３人で泊まりましたが、ツインベッド、ソファーベッド、それに大きめのスーツケースを３つ全開しても楽々の広さ。おまけにキッチン、洗濯乾燥機もついており、特に洗濯は助かりました。シャワーの温度調節がイマイチだったのと、時間がたつと、ちょっとぬるく感じたのが唯一のマイナスです。ゴールデンサンズの棟が１０棟ほどありますが、タクシーでは迷わず到着。最寄りのメトロの駅までも徒歩で１０分くらいです。駅周辺には大きなスーパーもあり、大変便利でした。日本語のわかるスタッフが一人おられて、細かな質問や要望に応えていただき、ほんとうにありがたかったです。他のスタッフもフレンドリーで、好感がもてました。

お部屋が、日本人の私にはとても広く感じられた。他の滞在者で日本人はほとんど見られなかったが、偶然１人のスタッフが日本語が話せる人で私たちにとてもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれ、とても親近感を感じた。また、滞在中に洗濯乾燥機の使い方がわからなく、スタッフやお掃除の人に何回か聞いたりしたが、どの人もとても親切に教えてくれた。駅からは歩くと１５分くらいだったが、値段もリーズナブルということもあり、また機会があったら利用したいと思う。

旧市街地にある、アパートメントホテル
長期滞在用のアパートメントホテルです。あくまでも、アパートメントとして考える方が良いでしょう。系列で11棟もあり各アパートメントにフロントがえるのですが、エクスペディアからの案内には記載が無いので注意必要です。部屋自体は必要にして十分な広さと清潔さです。WiFiも無料です。至近には24時間Openのグロッサリーで大概何でも買えるので便利です。

現地に朝早く着き、普通ならアーリーチェックインで別料金のところ、言葉が不慣れなせいか、清掃終わり次第入れてくれて、対応してくれました。 料金も別にかからず。 部屋は、キッチン付きの広い１Ｋで、冷蔵庫、使用しませんでしたが、洗濯機、電子レンジ、大画面液晶テレビがありました。 お風呂は、バスタブがなく、シャワーのみ。 ネットは、ｗｉ－ｆｉがとんでるとのことでしたが、遅くて、使い勝手が悪く、日本から持って行ったレンタル、もしくはビジネスセンターのを使用していました。 ホテル周辺には何もありません。 ただ値段も安いし、気軽に使えるのではないでしょうか。

広い部屋でした
７泊８日のクルーズの後、深夜発のフライトの待ち時間に１泊４人で２ベッドルームを申込み利用しました。このホテルを選んだのは、地下鉄の駅から数分と案内にあったからですが、実際に観光で地下鉄を利用するのに歩いてみたら、１５分程度かかりました。ホテルは２ベッドルームキッチン対の部屋にアップされて広くて４人スーツケースを広げても楽々でした。シャワールームも２つありました。お湯も最後まで充分出ました。日本語を話すプラーカス君がいて、とても親切でした。荷物置きとシャワーのために利用しただけで、評価は難しいですが、空港からタクシー利用なら便利です。

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Désolé de n'être rentré en contact avec Zaki, le superviseur de l'accueil de l'hôtel qui parlait français, qu'en milieu de séjour. Très compétent et très serviable. Merci.Tout le personnel était très poli et très accueillant. Nous avons eu sur place des soucis sur le chauffe eau et le frigo mais tout a été changé avec des équipements neufs dans les 30 minutes, ce qui ne se ferait même pas en France. Waouh Le logement propre et suffisamment spacieux pour nous 4. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très complet. Attention aux heures d'affluence (éviter 10h surtout le week end). Le buffet du soir nous a moins comblé même si il était également diversifié. Nous étions en 1/2 pension, nous avons eu la possibilité de manger soit le midi soit le soir. Nous avons testé le midi, ce fut très agréable car il y avait peu de clients de l'hôtel et la carte un peu plus à notre goût. Nous avons profité de la piscine du 1er étage très agréable et propre. Nous avons appris qu'il y avait un sauna dans les douches à coté de la piscine car nous ne le savions pas. Dans le hall de l'hôtel, nous avons réservé pour un safari au lever du soleil. le driver nous a fait faux bon à 5H du matin, vraiment inacceptable, je ne recommande pas du tout. Zaki, est rentré en contact avec un autre guide mais l'expérience, certes peu chère, n'était pas réjouissante. Le parking parfait, nous avons pu garer notre voiture de location tout les jours sans soucis. Alentours sécurisés

Mi estancia en el Golden Sands Hotel Apartments en Dubái ha sido verdaderamente excepcional. El hotel está situado en una ubicación privilegiada en el corazón de Dubái, con fácil acceso a las principales atracciones turísticas y a las zonas comerciales. Desde el momento en que llegué, fui recibido con una cálida bienvenida por el amable personal del hotel, que se aseguró de que mi estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. El Golden Sands Hotel Apartments es un lugar de ensueño. El edificio es impresionante, con una arquitectura moderna y elegante que se mezcla perfectamente con el skyline de Dubái. El vestíbulo es espacioso y lujoso, con una decoración exquisita y un ambiente relajante. Mi habitación en el hotel era simplemente increíble. Era un amplio apartamento con sala de estar, cocina completa y un dormitorio acogedor. La decoración era sofisticada y de buen gusto, y la limpieza era impecable. Me encantó la vista panorámica de la ciudad que se podía disfrutar desde las ventanas de mi habitación. El hotel ofrecía una amplia gama de servicios y comodidades para hacer mi estancia más placentera. Premièrement le personnel au restaurant est superbe et attentionné et le choix concernant la nourriture du petit déjeuner et dîner est très bonne et diversifiée Pour l’appartement il a fallut plusieurs plaintes pour que la salle de bain soit faite correctement je ne mettrais pas les photos par correction A la Réception certaines personnes sont arrogantes Donc opinion mitigée
