I am not in a position to review the Le Meridian as my booking was changed to Delta Hotels without my knowledge and only informed on my arrival. The staff was unhelpful also fibbing that an email was sent to 'Expedia' to change the booking. He assured me the email would be sent to me and to date I am being told they are unable to do so. Hotels.com confirmed no email was sent by Le Meridian. To add insult to injury, the staff requested I book an UBER to the new hotel,which I declined, so he had to arrange transportation there....In their view, Delta Hotels is a 5-star hotel as it has a seaview? They refused to honour a refund inspite of breaching the contract because according to them, I had stayed in the room for 2 hours! This has left a sour taste in my mouth with regards to Hotels.com/Expedia as well as the Le Meridian.
