「Our stay was good to very good ,just be aware they charge 98€ for parking for 2 weeks! The BIG problem is the bar. During the day time you have to form a cue to purchase drinks, this maybe ok for most but being dissabled i had to sit the bar. I was totaly ignored and got no better service from the reception staff. 1 good point though goes to the EXCELLENT Christian as he had no problem and apologised profusely because the femail staff would not even accommodate me.」

「I absolutely did not like that they charged my card even it said specifically that t wouldn't be charged. I wanted to pay in cash and hae my friends pay for themselves. I don't like if I am deceived. Also there was no paking.」

「Staff were brilliant and helpful, rooms were basic but clean, unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed as it was out of season but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Perfect location for La Mata only a very short distance to the town with lots of choice for bars and food. Request a sea view early if you want one. 」

「The staff were great, they offered a paid upgrade that was an amazing deal. The view of the room was spectacular. It’s an old hotel, but good for its age. The drinks were very good. The food was good, could vary more, but was ok for four nights.」

「Even though the hotel was about 3km out of the city it was very easy to get into the old city. The hotel is very stylish with a comfortable lounge bar and patio area and nice reception area.. The room was spacious with pleasant decor, air-conditioning and a very comfortable bed . Although I didn't partake breakfast was available at an extra cost.」

「Hotel website showed free parking but hotel staff did not provide sufficient information about parking instead they give us paid parking info. Eventually hotel website insist there are hotel free parking but in reality there wasn’t. Unfamiliar place and new to travelers, unfriendly and insufficient support by hotel website. Regards Service level, bit disappointed. 」

「Stayed for 2 nights. A very clean, comfortable and well run hotel. Situated in a side street just a few metres from the sea front of Lo Pagan. We would stay again.」

「Lovely hotel, staff are great, particularly in the restaurant. They catered for me with vegan options that were thoughtful and very well executed. Plenty of parking in covered bays. Lots of little restaurants nearby. Area is quiet and safe, close to lakes and safe walks. Beds very comfortable, spotlessly clean. Dropped a star for noisy aircon, mirror being perished around the edges and plastic wrapping on soap and in bin liners. There’s no body or hand lotion, no conditioner, only...

「市街地と大学を結ぶ最新のトラムが走っており、料金も安く便利であるが、周りにレストランはない。しかし、ホテルのレストランで昼食も夕食も割安で食べられる。部屋は清潔で広い。唯一の問題は各階に設置されているアクセスポイントから接続するFree Wifiが非常に遅い。１階ロビーでは日本のホテル環境よりやや遅い感じだが、何とか使えた。」
