「its not full inclusive no vip room no café for expresso less everything no wet bar in room no room service we didn't have tissue in room I could keep going but the employees awesome the place awesome the bed awesome all inclusive NOT AWESOME」

「The staff was amazing Ryan the boat driver from the mainland to the island was extremely helpful with dining options and expertise around the boardwalk. Renae in the lobby was the best and her customer service was top notch. Will most definitely come back. The store on the island has some stuff. Girls if you need feminine products be sure to bring some couldn’t find anything around the area or the island. FYI overall very satisfied with this hotel and stay 」
