「This property is closed. They took our reservation via Expedia but when we showed up we found it under construction. Added stress to an otherwise wonderful trip to Trinidad.」

「２泊した。Ｃ／Ｉの時、バスタブ付きで高層階を希望と話したら高層階にはバスタブがなく、６階でバスタブ付きと言われたが、バスタブを諦めてでも眺望の良い高層階にすると答えた。結果的に(２２階建ての）１９階でバスタブ付きの部屋となった。また、 シティ―ビューなのもよかった。デスクも椅子がソファー風で柔らかく座り心地が良かった。ロケーションはすぐ街の中心部にある一方で、裏はすぐ海岸となっていて申し分がない。ただ、朝食不付きが残念ではある。（Ｃ／Ｏの日は早朝発なので朝食付きでも食べられないが、ＮＹ行きカリビアン航空ＢＷ５２４便がビジネスクラスとしていたので搭乗前にラウンジで朝食とビールもいただいた。）」

「This is our 4th time at Starfish. Each time it gets better in some areas. Customer service mainly. The staff were very friendly and accommodating esp in the dining room and front desk. WiFi did not work in the room only in the common areas. My husband and I love playing pool, please starfish fix the pool table or buy a new one! It is ridiculous trying to play pool on it.
