"とにかく空港に近い　歩いて行きたかったのですが暗くてわからずTaxを利用　簡単な案内を載せてほしい　明るくなってレンタカーを取りに行ったのですがほとうにすぐそこなんですね　"

"送迎:電話対応やタンボ空港からの送迎がスムーズでストレスなし。 レセプション:若いレセプショニストがわざと早口で聞き取りにくく、手渡しもカードを投げつける様に手渡された。 洗練されたホテルなのに個人の感情が仕事に現れており残念。 その他は星5でおすすめできます。"

"アーリーチェックインについて事前にチャットでのやり取りでは、11-14時は半額、11時前は全額必要と言われて、さらには滞在当日は空き部屋がなくて断念したのですが、到着してフロントで空き部屋を探してくれ、さらには8時からついたのに朝食不要なら半額で良いと言われてお願いしました。 私のわかりにくい日本人英語にも辛抱強く相手にしてくれました。"

"ツインルームで予約しましたが、小さなベットが一つで眠れませんでした。 一人がベットでもう一人はソファで寝ました。"

"The night I reached the hotel , the lady in the entrance was so good . I'm a Japanese so I don't speak English well, the front stuff could't understand what I mean well at first. I was not happy , worried a little . Later they were so kind to me. The cleaning ladies were't smiling. The towels in the bathroom was very hard ,difficult to use. The outside of the hotel dosen't look safe in the evening. The hotel, as a whole is good but not excellent compared to the hotels I stayed in Asia, Vietnam. "

"There was noise during midnight on Aug 14 due to a party from the room on the third floor. I complained to the hotel twice and was promised to have a word from a manager. However, there was no follow up."
